Perimasali Cave Hotel is the first of the projects that Salih Birbilen - the promoter and the operator of the hotel - created in order to preserve the culture of Sinasos for future generations.

The Perimasali Cave Hotel offers guests stone-arch rooms built in caves which have tremendous character and an interesting history.

One of the rooms, 'Galateia', used to be the central part of the house which bore witness to a major part of daily household life as a room for living, sleeping and praying. Today, it is decorated with lovingly collected historical artefacts which will be a legacy for future generations.
