Liked: Everything we expected and more. Ali, the owner, is so helpful. Superb choice of breakfasts in an open rooftop dining area. The decor and overall style is charming. Cleanliness excellent. The price is real value for money. The location is perfect for the town centre (5 mins walk), and same side of town as Ephesus. At our next stop we sent Ali 2 more clients and distributed some publicity material for him..

Liked: Really nice place with very helpful staff (Abdullah) when he's around.. Room nothing special but location good, and the breakfasts are ridiculously delicious (you get to order your choice from a menu and Abdullah cooks each individually). Would plan return to Selçuk just for the breakfasts here.

Liked: Great breakfast. We were the only ones there at time of stay so we cant offer much about the social scene here. The rooms were clean but the bathrooms were a little old and average-ish clean (our trach can in the room was half full in the bathroom when we arrived...). The balcony set up was strange (a window from the room next door looked right out on to our balcony) but since we were the only ones there it was private.

Liked: Apo, the owner of the hostel, ws a great host. Very heplful with all our needs whether heading to other destinations, taking tours, eating out and even taking us out on the town for a great time. We were only going to stay for two nights but ended up staying five all up!! Guaranteed hot shower and breakfast was amazing. Would definately go back!!

Liked: The best staff we have come across ?n our 9 months of travell?ng. They p?cked us up from Izm?r because we m?ssed the last bus to Selcuk wh?ch was an hour each way and at 11pm.Abdullah was an awesome host. The?r Engl?sh was perfect and they went out of the?r way to help you w?th whatever ?t was you needed. The next door ne?ghbour was also great, dr?v?ng us to and p?ck?ng us up from Ephesus. We hope to come back when he has h?s restuarant up and runn?ng.Breakfast was made w?th love! We hope to v?s?t aga?n and w?ll def?nately be stay?ng at boomerang.

Liked: Great value for money, excellent cooked breakfast, SUPER helpful and friendly staff, free transport to and from Ephesus, whats not to like? The only thing that let this hostel down was that our room and the toilets could have been cleaner, otherwise 10 out of 10.

Liked: fantastic breakfast. Great friendly helpful staff. they didn't mind when we woke them up to check in and woke them up again to have breakfast and check out. only thing is, there is no heater in the room and the room does gets very cold.

Liked: LOVELY hostel. So incredibly cozy, you feel like you're really a guest in their home. The owner's father doesn't speak a word of English, but he's the kindest man in the world and will drive you over to the site at Ephesus whenever you ask. Also, in the mornings the owner will cook you up any one of a range of hearty Turkish breakfasts (I strongly suggest the Turkish Menemen, it's like an omelette but better, and it's delicious!) The place is super clean and tidy too,the location could not be more central to everything, and they'll even lend you a copy of their Ephesus guide when you go to the site!Last thing is the wonderful downstairs lounge/eating area. It's a shame I was there in the low season, cuz it was one of the coziest and coolest hangout areas I've seen in a hostel, it really feels like someone's basement (I guess it sort of is, really...)In the high season when there are more guests staying there, I'm sure it'd be an amazing place to meet people and have fun.

Liked: Friendly, caring atmosphere, a little slice of Australia in Turkey. The best breakfasts ever! Beautiful clean rooms with great advice and tips from the staff meantt a much more meaningful experience.
