Liked: price and pick up included

Disliked: Pushy owner trying to sell tours to us after being told we did not want anything. Overpriced laundry fee. Clothes chucked on line and not hung properly so they did not dry.

Liked: Sezgin and Deniz have both traveled a lot so know exactly what other travelers want. The hotel has a great vibe and nice living/dining room and has more of a hostel environment. Great location too. Few minutes to Bar St and the center and easy 30 minute walk to Ladies Beach (although there are nearby dolmuşes every couple of minutes for 2TL). Also pickup and dropoff from/to the otogar.

Liked: What did I like... hard question... the noisy air conditioner cancelled out the traffic a fair bit

Disliked: They charged me double what I was quoted from Hostelbookers. They said that if i did not pay they would have to cancel my booking (and probably charge my credit card as well). They claim every room has a hairdryer, refrigerator and balcony which mine did not. The TV has 30 channels of black and white fuzzes. The shower only had cold water with not even enough pressure to wash off soap. They request that you leave your room key in a very visable and accessable spot near the front door behind a desk that is rarely occupied by staff, so your belongings are not secure in your room. Worst hotel/hostel I have ever stayed at, Don't stay here!

Liked: I was travellıng wıth 3 frıends so the value for money was great we had our own room wıth prıvate bathroom for the same cost as a dorm usually. The hostel pay for your taxı from the bus statıon and also arranged a shuttle bus for free to drop us back to the statıon

Disliked: The guys that worked there were a lıttle pushy to book tours, and advısed us you would fınd ın too hard to c,vısıt Pamukkale on our own and should buy the tour. We went on our own and found ıt really straıght forward. They also can organıse a frıend to pıck you up and take you to Ephesus, whıch ıs fıne but you get taken to theır rug shop and shown every rug

Liked: Nothing.

Disliked: The brothers are very pushy, and I got the feeling they were always tryiıng to scam me... They kept offering that one of their friends would take me to Ephesus for 40 Turkish Lyra, but the dolmus will take you there for 4. There were other things too, but not enough time to write.

Liked: The staff are incredibly accomodating. As advertised Sezgin picks you up from the bus station when you arrive in Kusadasi. When we reached the hostel they served us apple tea and upgraded our room free of charge because they had the space. They also allowed us to cancel our last day free of charge even though we only gave them one days notice before our arrival. All the staff were so friendly and eager to help you plan your trip. When we were late for a tour, they helped us get to our meeting place and packed up a take-away breakfast for us. It was in a good location, close to restaurants and the bazaar and a short walk to the harbour and public beaches.

Liked: the location and the breakfast considering the cathegory of the hotel

Disliked: as ı saıd before you feel pressed to buy tours and tıckets wıth the owner.he offered one to efhesus ı refused. another to samos ısland and also refused.then he offered bus tıckets to ıstambul. ı saıd that ı had already made a research and would buy ın the same company that ı travelled to kusadası that offered last model bus wıth prıvate restroom and ındıvıdual mönıtor and nıce servıce .the owner convınced me to change for another company sayıng that ıt was the best one ın everythıng.ıt was a bıg lıe. the bus had not the facılıtıes of the one ı had choosen and was not new.ı paıd 55 lıras . and the realbus tıcket cost was 45 lıras 27 per cent overprıce for a less value servıce .he ıs a bıg lıar and dıshonest. do not stay ın hıs hotel

Liked: Owners were friendly, accomodating, and fun to have a beer with. The room was basic but comfortable, and the common area a great place to have a beer in the evening. Definitely recommended.

Liked: We stayed at the Sezgin hotel for 4 days and had an excellent stay. Our room was large and comfortable and meticulusly maintained. The grounds with three separate open-air gardens and two covered ones were also extremely well maintained. These provided venues to sit privately or socialize with other guests, some of who have been coming to Sezgin a year for 3 years. Almost all the other guests were retun visitors..The walk to the center of town was less than four minutes.The owner and staff were excellent, efficient and friendly.The area has somthing to suit everyone, day tours at the hotel, relaxing by the pool or exploring the town center's restaurants, shops and pubs.

Liked: I enjoyed my stay at Sezg?ns. He and h?s staff are very helpful and by stay?ng ?n a backpacker hostel ?t ?s poss?ble to some extent to avo?d all the package tour?sts. However I d?d feel sl?ghtly uneasy ?n the hostel, as then staff seemed more ?nterested ?n my money than me, ask?ng me to pay for breakfast even though ?t was ?ncluded ?n the pr?ce of the room accord?ng to hostelbookers, and ?gnor?ng the fact that I,d already pa?d a depos?t by ask?ng me to pay full pr?ce. Not sure about the hyg?ene of the pool e?ther....d?dn't dare try ?t, looked d?rty. However the dorm rooms were amongst the best I've ever come across, no bunk beds!!

Liked: Top Choice at The Lonely Planet 2009 - 2011 I?ve only stayed a 1 day at sezgins, but it was an excellent hostel which i would highly recommend. Liked: Excellent location - next to the center of activities, yet spatious and quiet. Spotlessly clean, good size swimming pool, fine breakfast in a garden. Sezgin and Denise- the owners and managers - are ready with usefull advices. We came for one night and stayed three. Sezgin has a full variety of service levels and prices. We had a large bedroom with hot/cold water bathroom, two balconies. Aircondition ,fridge, hot water cocker and kitchen sink .You fell like home away from home.Excellent location - next to the center of activities, yet spatious and quiet. Spotlessly clean, good size swimming pool, fine breakfast in a garden. Sezgin and Denise- the owners and managers - are ready with usefull advices. We came for one night and stayed three. Liked: What a fabulous experience. On our arrival we realized my husband had left his mobile phone & glasses on the bus and Sezgin sorted out everything & organised for it all to be returned that night - even fetching it for us late at night when we were tucked up in bed. He sorted out a tour to Ephesus, a car to hire, accomodation in the next town we were visiting & cooked us a delicious supper that night. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble! He was the consummate host - to ALL his guests & all the other staff were friendly and helpful too. Don't be fooled by the appearance of the neighbourhood - The hotel has all you need from internet access, to laundry facilities, a lovely pool, a terrace where meals are served, a lounge & the rooms were spacious, air conditioned and clean. The location is perfect - 3 minutes walk from the markets & the harbour but some how far enough away to be quiet. Finding a host who was fluent in English was also a bargain.This is one place I can highly recommend if you're staying in Kusadasi - a great place to base yourself in for sight seeing too. Sezgin's Guesthouse really was home from home!

Liked: We highly recommend this place to stay. Owners very helpful, will pick you up from bus station, helped book our onward travel and even took us to the bus station on our departure. Breakfast was included and hostel had a great atmosphere - very casual and homely.

Liked: Loved the swimming pool the Botanic garden with the threes of plump and the havens fruit and the flowers. Sezgin\'s guesthouse was not just a place to sleep with clean and spacious rooms. It felt like we were being invited in by an old friend, who showed us all around his town. The room was huge, especially considering the average hostels that we had been staying at for the same price or more. The bathroom was clean as were the rooms. But what truly made this stay spectacular was the staff.

Liked: The hostel is in a excellent god location. All the staff speak fluent english and German. The food is pretty good and it was quite busy even in Febuary so theres allways someone new to meet. Extremely helpful staff. Great place to stay. They treat each guest like they are the most important person in the world. There is nothing to complain about at Hostel Mostel - they seem to be on top of everything. Bathrooms very clean. Tons of guidebooks to read. Modern computers with English keyboards.

Liked: From the moment i booked at pension contacted me via email, we have had nothing but good experiences here. From picking us up at the bus station to arranging transportation and activities, we didn't have to worry about a thing! Everyone on staff was extremely helpful...I can't say enough good things. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Kusadasi!!! Location and staff were fantastic - really close to markets/ferrys and free pick up from bus station was a definite bonus.This pansion offers you more than what you need Free internet The ooms are new the bed are ortepedic so go and check ot and Enjoy.
