 Good service, helpful staff, good breakfast meals, good location. Not much wrong about this place, and quite cheap if you have enough money.

Very clean, great value. As of Jan 2007, a mosque is undergoing construction next door and construction does not stop at night. So pick a room facing away from the mosque.
