Good location, but EVERYONE smokes there, and I hate cigarette smoke! Staff was nice, but very lazy and did not do many of the things they said they would.

To be honest, it was the cheapest best quality hotel I found in the area. The bed was comfortable -- very important to me, the room was warm enough (I went in January), the breakfast was good, the breakfast room was lovely, and the view was spectacular. It was quiet -- we were never awakened by the prayer calls. Two negatives -- the little refrigerator in the room wasn't very cold (the yougert we put in there didn't really keep) and the power outlets didn't really work too well. (Hair dryer kept turning off, and I wasn't able to charge my camera battery or my ipod.)

The family atmosphere and the cleanliness were very pleasing. also the complimentary coffee/tea and cake was always welcome after a cold day out.

stayed at deniz kozak hostel. which is the same company. at thier request . but excellent hostel highly reccommended. staff and view and food brill.

staff was excellent. We asked them to change from a double to a triple and then back again, extended the number of nights, and even asked to rest in the lobby during the day because we checked out and were too sick to move. They helped us with it all.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful at all hours. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy.

Our first-night host was a delight. The rooms are lovely, and the breakfast was fantastic. The rooftop restaurant and even-higher cupola was great!
