Customer reviewIdeal tourist location right next to the blue mosque and very close to the Hagia Sophia and the Topkapi Palace. Very friendly staff; it is run by Turkish owners and not by foreigners. Just like all the other hostels in this tourist area, however, the house is rather small and the rooms consequently rather narrow and crammed. Has air-condition. No real common room apart from the top-floor terrace (no consumption of one's own food and beverages there - it is the same in all the other hostels in this area) - N.B.: Avoid dining in this tourist area: the restaurants are overprized and serve not authentic Turkish food. Very many touts in the adjoining streets. |

John HoltIt was perfectly located to see the main tourist attractions like Hagia Sofia, the Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar among others. But the neighbourhood is very quiet at night and the people seem to go out in Taksim which isn't far but its something to consider. |
