Liked: Stuff was great,helped a lot, location great!!!!!!!!!!!

Disliked: it was too dirty!!! they have to clean more, the rooms were dirty as well!!! They really have to focus more on cleaning, because the location and the stuff is so nice there. but we suffered because of the dirty there!

Liked: I've stayed in Istanbul a few times and would highly recommend this hostel to stay. I had booked into another hostel and walked past this one and came in because of the friendly people! It feels like everything is under your feet - awesome views of aya sofia, blue mosque and bosphorus. Rooms and bathrooms cleaned regularly and there was a great atmosphere around the place, nice to come back to after a day out.

Liked: the location is great and the staff is friendly. And chilling on the rooftop is not bad at all ;)

Disliked: the bathrooms were somethimes a bit dirty.

Liked: the staff are very friendly and there is a good vibe here. the views on the terrace are the best you can get.

Disliked: the frosted glass pannel on the shower/toilet door. as it was the only one on the level and unisex it was slightly uncomfortable having a shower as there is no curtain. other then than it is a very decent place!

Liked: not expensıve and all the basıcs are there (comfortable bed, nıce breakfast, nıce vıew from the roof of the buıldıng): so good prıce-qualıty ratıo

Liked: Views were amazing

Disliked: Sharing with males when booked female only. Bathroom was pretty gross.

Liked: The staff was friendly and spoke good English.

Disliked: The property was not clean. The beds were ok, but the bathroom was disgusting. There were only two toilets in the whole hostel. At night it was chilly.

Liked: Only thing possible to say is location is good, but all hostels are in this area so not really anything special.

Disliked: Was directed to the wrong bed, then moved and they only had damp bed linen so had to sleep in layers of clothing to stay warm as they did not have any other solutions. Was told it was 24 hours and no key needed to be let in as someone is always on the desk, but waited over 20minutes alone outside ringing the doorbell constantly before I was let in. Did not feel safe.

Liked: The location

Disliked: The hostel is in an old and badly-maintained building, with heavy smell of fungi, which is a health hazard, especially for allergic people. Also, once we had paid, in Euro, more than the balance according the booking, we were again asked for extra money, and the explanation was, that exchange rate was different...

Liked: The staff was realy friendly and created a great and personal atmosphere. After the first night we always had the feeling of coming home from our exciting days. From the terrace we had a breathtaking view over the city and the Hagia Sophia on one side and the Bosporos on the other side.

Disliked: The rooms, espacially the bathrooms, are closely together so the smell of the toilet is everywhere.

Liked: I loved the location! Can't be beat! I also like that it has a rooftop, though we didn't use it this time. It was too cold.

Liked: Location

Disliked: It is extremmely dirty. Rooms are disgusting and apparently they don't change the bed sheets NEVER! It's falling appart because of humidity. One can bearly breath inside the rooms. Bathrooms are completely disgusting as well. We didn't dare to have a shower during our stay! Breakfast is not very good and it's served in dirty cups. I do not recommend this place at all!
