We offer cheap and comfortable accommodation with experienced staff who will make you feel at home! We have 50 beds, a sea view terrace with bar, warm atmosphere; secure place, cheap beer, 24 hour reception, lounge area, easy access: almost everything you need, in fact.

P.S We give a 5% discount for group reservations that are for over 20 people.

Accommodation Information

There are 6, 8 and 16-bed male and female dorms and 5 private double rooms in the hostel. Standard beds with linen included. Hot water available 24 hours a day.

Every room has keys and we provide a safe to keep your valuables. We don’t have a curfew.

Cancellation Policy


1. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged for the first night’s stay. No penalty for cancellations up to 48 hours.
2. Cancellations made after 48 hours destination time will be assessed a 1 night room rate.
3. If the customer does not arrive at the hotel or check out early, the customer will be liable to pay full charges.

Best Island Hostel is within walking distance of the main sights such as Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Hippodrome and Grand Bazaar. The tram from Sultanahmet area goes all the way to the main neighborhoods.
