Overview
Southern Cross Hostel is a perfect example that good things come in small packages! Situated in Sultanahmet.
In the center of historic Istanbul on Akbiyik Caddesi; known for its awesome nightlife and excellent location. Within a few minutes walk of all major tourist attractions like Topkapi Palace, the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, and near bus, tram and train links.
Our staff... what can we say? The best hospitality in Turkey. Our staff take the phrase 'me casa es tu casa' to the extreme, and can pretty much help with any request. Whether it's which tour to take or which beer to drink these guys know their stuff and there is nothing like the advice of a local to make sure you always get the best deals. Try and guess where Metin is from...

We like a friendly, cosy atmosphere and provide 16 beds in newly painted, cheerful, clean and comfortable rooms. For those wanting a little extra privacy we have 2 large double rooms with a shared bathroom on its own floor. Check out our awesome system to provide 24hr hot water.
