Liked: the only thing that worked great for a first time visitor like myself was that it was not far from the train station and near to everything, which is extremely convenient.

Disliked: The dorm in the basement was gloomy and dungy feel to it and extremely noisy till the wee hours of the morning and passing traffic started again very early in the morning.

Liked: The very warm and frıendly staff - they would do anythıng to help theır guests. Everyone leaves here as a true frıend.

Liked: very friendly and helpful staff¬ a lovely dog there~location is not in the city center, but not far from there, which makes the place quiet. Generally very nice~

Liked: Amazing staff and amazing location. These gets made me feel like part of the family both times I strayed at this hostel, and I could see in the other guests I wasnt getting special treatment. All enjoyed their time here immensely.

Disliked: Great rooftop patio, with an awesome view of the new mosque, harbor, and golatta tower.

Liked: We were first greeted with Tea and Coffee of the Turkish variety leaving us with a sense of being welcomed into a home. Great friendly service throughout the whole stay. You get a sense that the staff meet new friends every week. Rooms seemed a little more upscale than your average hostel

Disliked: Upon Arrival we were overcharged about 50 Lira. Thought something was fishy so checked online for our amount due on the hostelbookers receipt and did some calculating, went back downstairs with laptop in hand and was reimbursed the money. Not a big deal but something to keep an eye on. Also the slippery bath room floors and blind steps in the shower room caused me to hyper extend my elbow and break my toe. They should really get a rubber mat and a sign in there. After this incident they were really helpful, and concerned the rest of the stay. But this kind of thing could happen again so be careful and use shower slippers.

Liked: It is not in Sultanahmet, but 5-10 minutes walk from all the Mosques, Grand Bazaar, Ferries, Spice Bazaar etc. It is a great place, I liked everything about the place and people! Rooms were clean, bathroom clean, hot water at all time, good breakfast. The friendliest "staff" I have ever met! This is the place to be! It honestly felt like a 2nd HOME away from home - I will most definitely stay there again! Great atmosphere.

Liked: The place was in a great location, a nice short walk to some great sights. I had a wonderful time and the people who worked there were incredibly helpful and nice.They arrange a tour for me around in turkey

Liked: Very friendly. truly make you feel at home. one of the staff took a bunch of us out to dinner at a truly local place, which she didnt have to do and was nice. at night people gathered downstairs in the lobby to hang out.

Liked: It is centrally located and quite clean.

Disliked: The staff barely spoke english and, worst of all, didn't write down that we had paid our second night. Therefore, they are threatening us now. Better organization would be appreciated...

Liked: Well located and relatively clean

Disliked: Staff were unhelpful and pushy about payment up front (even before we'd seen the room). We also had to pay extra for a shower after we checked out. There was no atmosphere in the hostel whatsoever, felt more like a small (bad) hotel.

Liked: It was just great. The rooms are very clean, there are many showers and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is very close to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque.

Liked: It's located right in the center of all tourist attractions. Almost everything in walking distance. The staff is really nice and the showers and toilets are always clean.

Disliked: The breakfest isn't that great, but what can you expect for this price.

Liked: Best hostel ever! It was cozy, the staff was SUPER nıce and ıt was extremely clean. The actıvıtıes planned, the roof top shısha make unforgettable memorıes. Locatıon ıs PERFECT too! Defınıtely would come back!

Liked: The staff was friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to make sure everyone was having fun and was safe. They were fun to be around a promoted a great atmospher for travelers to meet.

Liked: The host and hostess were very friendly and helped us with having a good time in istanbul. The hostel is the center of town and very close to the train station. All the sights are within walking distance. I would recommend this hostel to all travelers.
