Liked: Location was good, bathrooms were clean.

Disliked: Breakfast from 8:30am? Ok.. So I know backpackers tend to be a bit slower in the morning than Hotel customers, but a 8:30 start for breakfast is just too late for me. I'd like to see them off something by 7:30, even just bread, and then bring in the fruits and meats later on if they don't have the staff to start early. I'm a bit fussy about noise in hostels, and I'm not talking about the noise of of other people, I mean the rooms themselves, my room door was incredibly squeeky and would wake everyone in the room when we used It. I'd like to see a little oil applied and that problem would go away.

Liked: The hostel is really warm.The price of the bedroom includes buffet breakfast. It is near the hagia sophia, very good location. The room was clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hostel 100%

Liked: Staff are nice. Breakfast is good. Safe and secure. Once you find the place, you realize what a great location it is in.

Disliked: Some bathroom doors didn't lock, or out of toilet paper. Wifi was spotty, and not available on roof terrace. Not much of a hostel atmosphere, ended up going elsewhere to find others to meet. Generally clean, but looked at mattress cover under my sheet and it was filthy.

Liked: This place is in good location with many bar, restaurants shops, etc. , easy access to most important monuments in old city, We found staff helpfull and informative, The scenic roof and breakfast was highlight of this hostel, Their travel desk provide us really good deals for transpotation , hot air baloon , cruise tours etc.. Overall this place would provide anything that you could expect from a good hostel.

Liked: The location was fantastic and the staff really helpful. We stayed in an oceanview room and the it was one of the cleanest places we stayed at in Turkey. The rooftop terrace was great for breakfast, just gorgeous. Breakfast was included and very good - the machine coffee was actually really delicious.

Disliked: While we stayed in the main building, our friends stayed in a room in the other building which is on the main strip. It was so noisy (it is next to the Sultan Hostel which has an amazing bar but the music blares until almost 5am). There was also a neon sign outside their window which blazed through the sheer curtains all night. They only got a couple of hours sleep both nights. They did ask to move rooms and the reception was accommodating however they were fully booked so not much they could do. If you want to stay here, ensure you are in the main building off the main drag.

Liked: The complimentary breakfast was very good. They had a very friendly staff, and they were able to answer all of our questions. They offered to hold our luggage even after we have checked out of the hostel. Overall, it was a very nice hostel.

Liked: Great hostel in an excellent location. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was just perfect with huge selection.We'd definately stay there again.

Liked: It was clean it was quiet it was relatively secure

Disliked: The common room was completely disused no one to ever serve you there as they did advertise drinks and water pipe. There was no hostel atmosphere, I had to go to other hostel bars to find any atmosphere!

Liked: Really good hostel, well located and beautiful views from their roof terrace, Buffet breakfast was beyond good for hostel standarts,our room was cleaned everyday. Staff were fantastic and they really know whats going on in the city,Events such a pub crawl or free shisha night was super fun and it makes easier to meet with fellow travelers, Overall this place is definetly give you what you would expect from a good hostel.

Liked: The main hostel seemed fine and self service breakfast was good

Disliked: Being in the noisy adjacent building. There were no other rooms available and it wasn't possible to specify a quiet room when booking - in fact we didn't know it might be a problem as it was advertised as being a quiet hostel away from the main street.
