Liked: l felt very secure at this hostel. l had lockers in my room and nice-clean bed to sleep. Thats what all l need but free breakfast and internet was extra bonus. Also transfer to airport was very cheap and staff made my stay very pleasant.

Liked: Great hostel in every way. Friendly staff and they are more than happy to help you with any need. Breakfast was really good and roof top views are stunning. thanks for amazing stay.

Liked: very close to sights, easy to get to and near tourist area of sultanahmet

Disliked: the double rooms are very over priced and the room we had was very noisey being over the restaurant, the breakfast ordinary and the rooftop cramped and exposed to elements. a good place for sharing/backpacking but there are better value places if you want private rooms with a much better standard for only 10 euros more

Disliked: The only common area is the terrace and it is closed at 24:00. The building is also rather old.

Liked: Terrific hostel. Stunning views from roof. very close to museums and mosques. Best breakfast.

Liked: The location of hostel is unbeatable. Staff were very helpful with booking tours and other stuff. Roof bar was a great place to meet other travelers and bbq party was the best one we have had.

Liked: staff and metropolis hostel do all basics very well. Hostel run by very good team and they are quite helpful.

Liked: sımply the best one. had fab stay at metropolis hostel. location can not be better. staff were awesome and roof bar is the best place to chill out. book your beds-room in advance it get full house so fast.

Disliked: we wanted to extend our stay but it was full so we had to move. but we were still allowed to hang out at roof bar.

Liked: BEST TIME & BEST ATMOSPHERE. lt was so much fun staying at metropolis hostel. Staff were great. Amazing roof bar with nice view. BBQ party was great and belly dancer was great. Staff took us out to pub crawl and it was really really good. Turkish bath was really good. just ask front desk he would help you with any need.

Liked: Everything. Metropolis is a good choice to stay in istanbul. Breakfast is good and you can meet people from all around. Free breakfast and cheap transfer to airport were extra bonus.

Liked: this is one of the best hostel I've stayed. its very clean, friendly staff, super rooms with sea view. great breeky at nice roof terrace. free internet and wi-fi was helpfull. we loved waterpipe ( it was for free).also they have one of the best restaurant in town and guests from hostel get %10 discount. %100 recomended!

Liked: The best hostel l have stay at. l usually have good time in hostels but l have had the best experiences at Metropolis Hostel. Really great roof bar and great area to social with people. It is quite easy to meet people and l met lots of nice people here. Front desk and bar staff were the best. Brothers running place and cleanning lady were very friendly helpfull. Staff is excellent and make sure that you are having good times. Free breakfast at roof top and also 2 computers for free internet and wifi. All in all it is a great place to stay in sultanahmet..
