Liked: location

Disliked: So bad, so over priced, RUDEST staff ever! We had a double room for 70euro a night that was a size of a toilet and the shower was not cleaned before we arrived! Our room was cleaned once in 5 nights! Disgusting, do not stay!

Liked: Well run hostel by friendly staff. lncredible room bar with amazing views. Great breakfasts every morning. Free shisha party was fun night. Highly recommended hostel in old city.

Liked: Amazing hostel. The brother and crew running place were very helpful and accomodating. They arranged all my tours to gallipoli and cappadocia. Super roof bar. Super views. So much fun. l would definetely stay here again.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at metropolis hostel. Location is great, very close to all local bars and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful with info or booking tours. Bathroom and rooms were very clean and roof bar is the best. Excellent stay.

Liked: great place to stay. cheap rooms, central location, free breakfast.

Liked: Metropolis hostel is one of the best one l have stayed. Fantastic atmosphere and people. Super easy to meet other travellers. Clean rooms and showers with lots of hot water. Cheap transfer to airport (just 5 euros). Great free breakfast and internet. What else would you need at a hostel.

Liked: what a great hostel. l had a blast at metropolis hostel. The staff were so friendly. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Breakfast, internet and wifi was free.

Liked: staff were extremely helpful and provided plenty of info te get around sultanabmet and istanbul. Excellent roof bar with drinks and food. Great free breakfast.

Liked: Metropolis is a beautiful hostel in old town and has a great location. Breakfast at roof is good, views are good aswell. Free internet.

Liked: The location was excellent. The artwork was also nice.

Disliked: Poor atmosphere, staff were rude and unhelpful, and it was the most expensive hostel on the street!

Liked: Are you looking for a cheap, clean and fun place to stay. Stay at metropolis hostel. Excellent location-nice roof bar-friendly staff.

Disliked: it was a bit hard to find.

Liked: Beautiful hostel. The atmosphere is great and you get chance to meet and hangout with lots of travellers. Hostel has a great restaurant and the food is soooo good. Also we got 10% discount for hostel guests. Staff was very friendly and helpfull with tips and recommendations. We asked them about a good restaurant to have good traditional turkish food and they recommended us a restaurant in asian side called çiya sofrasi. We took a nice ferry ride to otherside which was great. lt was abit hard to find this place but definetely worth to give a try. The food is the best. one night staff organised a free shisha party at roof bar and took over twenty people to a pubcrawl which was fun. All in all a great hostel.

Liked: wonderful place to stay in istanbul. Very clean and secure. Great location to see the sights. Staff is legend here and roof bar is great place to spend some before bed.

Liked: We loved istanbul and metropolis hostel and we extend our stay here. Breaky is very good and location is unbeatable.
