Liked: Loved the location - behind the blue mosque! owner was not only a dish, but very helpful too! rooms were cosy, most importantly - clean & secure! wicked staff - simple but tasty breakkie on rooftop terrace - FAB! we even went back and stayed there on final night of holiday cos we loved so much! only drawback - steep windy stairs (but owner was kind to give room on 1st floor as was on a crutch!)

Liked: We liked: the character of the building itself; the location, which was close to all the major sites yet off the tourist-trap track; the view of the Blue Mosque and the river from the roof-top terrace; the relaxed atmosphere and the sincere personalities of the friendly, helpful, finger-on-the pulse staff; the food, drinks and service in the adjacent co-run, contemporary Sofa bar/restaurant. I would happliy stay at the Nobel Hostel again.

Liked: We were supposed to stay just 1 day there and stayed 3. Just in front of the Blue Mosque and all turistic atractions. Fantastic breakfeast. The joint restaurant is cool to eat and have some beers. The staff is very friendly and helpfull.
