Liked: The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The showers had hot water. This place was great.

Liked: The terrace bar was really nice, and the location was very good, the staff all seemed very friendly and helpful. One thing though, it would be better if you could BYO food and drinks into at least one of the bars

Liked: very friendly, very helpful, really good fun, very comfortable and large double bed, hamam and shuttle bus bookings easily arranged, free internet access, central location. we booked initially for 1 night but ended up stayiing the whole week, we liked it so much.

Liked: The staff were amazing. just like catching up with old friends. Central and walking distance to everything. the breakfast was minimal but after acouple of days I grew to like. All basic food groups covered!

Liked: We stay in hostels because we value the opportunity to meet and speak with people from all parts of the world. Here there are plenty of chances to do just that. In the cellar bar there is a guitar for anyone staying here to play and we had live music sessions every night, with contributions from Japan, Germany, Spain, Sweden and even some songs in the Welsh! The staff are patient, helpful and friendly. For example, my wife found a cold breakfast in winter a bit difficult so the staff arranged an omlette for her instead. At the end of our stay, we purchased a tradtional Turkish Tea pot and Emre spent the best part of a morning teaching my wife the correct way to use it. You just don't get that kind of family atmosphere in a hotel! Thanks for a wonderful holiday - we will definitely be back! Alan & Em Poore
