Liked: Airport pickup and the reserved shuttle back to the airport both: excellent service. Nice and clean, helpful staff, fun atmosphere, 3x computers for free internet, nice bar/cafe, excellent location - short walk to tram...plenty of taxis, too. No curfew. Overall, a really nice hostel.

Liked: It is a functional, and definitely kept up. Unfortunately, they had somehow lost our reservation, so we couldn't stay in the room we had booked, and ended up in a dorm room instead. However, they tried really hard to accomodate us, and gave us the room for free by way of appology, so they definitely want to be helpful!
