Liked: The staff was nice and very helpful, the breakfast was tasty and filling, and the Sultanahmet center is a few minutes walk up the road. I had a great stay and really don't have any complaints.

Liked: I had a single room with attached bathroom at Sinbad for 4 days. More than anything else, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Ertan and Levent, the managers there, both went out of the way in explaining things and accomodating my request in leaving early for a conference. The room was clean, well kept, and adequately furnished. There was a minor problem in my bath that was quickly fixed. Ertan apologized profusely and even offered a discount, which goes to say something about the character of the people there. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at Sinbad, and would recommend this place strongly.

Liked: The staff was terrific--friendly and extremely helpful. That was the biggest draw for me. The bar/breakfast room is a little dank, but the main room with the computer was comfortable. The roof deck is very nice but closes at 10pm now because people had made too much noise in the past. I had a private room and it was quite nice and clean. A very good value for the money.
