Disliked: a bit basic. breakfast a bit quirky, but ok! Also slightly tricky to find hostel if you don't have a very good map.

Liked: good location, easy to get to all the main sites nearby. good value but overall a but crummy and depressing.

Disliked: not particularly clean... tho the hostel rooms did have a en suite bathroom as avertised, it was not particularly clean, only the superficial minimum of cleanliness.

Liked: helpful staff, great location, breakfast was the average. Dorm rooms were huge.

Disliked: The private room we stayed in was little old and grungy but great for the value. We went back and stayed in the dorms and they were very clean and spacious but up 5 flight of stair with no elevator

Liked: The location was great, as well as the waiter at the bar! Very cool guy! The rooms were clean and cheap.

Disliked: The staff seemed annoyed every time that we asked some question. A bit rude.

Liked: The staff were very accommodating, the breakfast was good, and the rooftop terrace a delight. Location was also very nice.

Disliked: Well, there were only stairs so getting the luggage to the room was a bit a of a hassle. But, one of the staff helped us out.

Liked: The location was great, everything (Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazar, etc) was within a few minutes of walking. The main tramline was also really close. The surrounding area felt very safe, it was on a quiet side street and had some good restaurants nearby. It also had some nice common areas to meet people.

Disliked: The bathroom was not particularly clean and I don't think anyone cleaned it at all in the 3 nights we were there.

Liked: restaurant on the property, internet access, staff helpful and english speaking, very close to all of the major tourist attractions

Disliked: internet access only in the lobby, a little hard to find, only one-way transportation to the airport, a number of maintenance issues in the room during my one week stay.

Disliked: furniture rather old, no chair and table (not even small ones), room smelled horrible at arrıval, bathroom ın poor condition

Liked: It was very-very close to every important and famous place in Istanbul.

Disliked: There were very old furnitures in the room, the wall was terrible. The hostel is very-very close to everything, the staff is different, but more of them are friendly. We haven't got those room in the first night which we confirmed. We have got a tv, but it isn't worked.

Liked: Nice and very helpful staff, free internet, a good place to meet other people, very good location just minute walking away from Blue Mosque.

Disliked: Rather poor breakfast
