The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hostel is well located near a tram station, very convenient for moving around. And It's very close to the Bazar, the Blue Mosque, etc...

super kind staffs who treat you as a real guest,
free internet for 20 minutes,
suttle service when you go back to the airport,
excellent location,
terrace with a view of sunset on the sea...
I could feel really comfortable and convenient and safe in Istanbul thanx to this hostel

Friendliness and service excellent with extras.
The only thing I didn't like was the very smokey environment being a non-smoker!
