Liked: The staff and the location are the best...and also party party every nights in the hostel!It's possible to eat on the roof where you can see a beautiful view of the 2 mosquee and the marmara sea....fantastic!!!

Liked: The room I had on the first night was not in the best condition. However, without even having to raise a complain, the owner of the hostel approached me and offered to upgrade me to a private deluxe room with private bath and air condition for a night for free. His kind gestures was very well appreciated. :)

Liked: We LOVED, the staff (Danny and Steve, Shark, etc), the free internet, the cheese sandwichs, the nargileh and the roof terrace, the breakfast. Most of all, the atmosphere was fantastic.Oh and the afternoon movies!We miss you.

Liked: I stayed here one month in November, and a few weeks in March. I returned back just to see the friends I made, so it is a great place to meet people. Bar upstairs is very social. Movie afternoons, a small but decent book exchange. Great advice and tips from staff, travel agency gave me a very fair deal for my travels through Turkey. Security was perfect, I've never had an issue here. Highly Recommended!!!

Liked: It was central to the main attractions of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Nice bar/cafe with free breakfast and internet to chill out in. The rooftop terrace was amazing with sweepiing views of the Bosphorous and the Sultanamhet area. Huge thanks to the guys in the inhouse travel agency who literally went out of their way against the odds just to book a bus for us.

Liked: Perfectly located very close to the major tourist attractions in Istanbul. The staff is extremly friendly and helpful and the rooms were quite ok for such a cheap price. No airconditioning or fans though, so it can get a little bit hot at night, but nothing that's not bearable. Would recommend it to others!

Liked: Great location, great room, ensuite private with even a plasma screen. the owners were very helpfull. Everynight on the terrace there was always party, belly dancing, shisa..great great great..with fantastic view on blue mosque.

Liked: Good bar & rooftop terrace, location to sights, bars/retaurants. Cheap & easy to get a shuttle bus to the airport very early in the morning.

Liked: If you want to make party or need a good location to do so, this might be your hostel. If you want it calm, this is not where you should go. Especially the rooms with a window to the street gets the full music-program from the Bar downstairs and from the Bars/Restaurants on the opposite of the road.

Liked: The breakfasts are fantastic, and the free shisha nights are a good fun idea. The location's perfect for visiting the "sights" and seeing the museum-y part of Istanbul...if you want to see the real Istanbul though, or not have to trek all the way across town to experience the incredible nightlife, you're far better off staying across the Golden Horn in Beyoglu, the real heart of the city.
