Liked: Excellent location and big rooms, with heating and free wi-fi. Breakfast is excellent and included in the price. Staff is always helpful.

Disliked: Despite of the fact we took 3 tours with them, including the balloon, they did not offer us free shuttle to the airport, as stated in their website. Sometimes the staff also seemed a little bit tricky, speaking only in Turk and answering only "I don´t know" when something went wrong.

Liked: The hotel is a nice place to enjoy, very clean. The breakfast is good and the personal help about the excursions in Capadocia.

Liked: The personnel is aawesome and very friendly, the rooms very comfortable and also luxurious, what you pay is a good price for what you receive and the personnel even recommends activities for a good price too. We strongly recommend this hostel.
