Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made sure we knew exactly what we could do, helped explain how we could do a free walking tour for ourselves, and also organised an airport transfer (although I recommend telling them a flight time at least 30-45 mins earlier than the reality). Also, turkish "french toast"for breakfast = win remember this is a budget hotel/pension, and you'll have a great time here

Liked: Good location, small/intimate property, english speaking receptionist, very cheap

Disliked: Found a clump of hair under the bed and another behind the toilet both of which were not ours (wrong colour entirely!) so god knows how long that had been there but it was gross. also, the noise from the reception area travels too much in to the rooms as the windows are paper thin and the door doesnt quite meet the frame so theres a gap that lets in noise.

Liked: Hotel owners are so friendly. Hot water, good heater and also free wireless. Everything is better value than money.

Liked: Value for money if you wish to stay in cave hotel! We love their hot shower and 24 hour heat especially we stayed their during snowy season.

Disliked: Wifi cannot be accessible inside our room, but if you really need wifi, you can go to common room. One glass of the bathroom's door was broken. There is no pick up or transfer service from bus station. However all these are ver minor problems to us!

Liked: It was really nice place to stay, very clean, The staff makes star cave like home overseas, extremely helpful and they were just like your family! Loved it, will definitely stay there again!

Liked: The boss and staff are very helpful and they could help you the find good and fair price local tours. The Cave room was special with turkey's atmosphere...we did enjoy the time of staying there and we miss the little doy, her name is HONEY!

Liked: very cheap accomodation. arrived very late nearly in the morning and offered apple tea, very helpful staff.

Liked: staff were awesome and the cave dorm is a really cool experience! location is good too and lovely breakfast cooked by staff each morning free internet is very useful

Liked: Big cave room, comfortable.

Disliked: Slow response to client's request. I sent emails to the property many times asking about the airport shuttle bus pick up service, but no reply. Finally I called directly to the property, then they replied my request via email. I didnt take up their service as the cost is very expensive. I contacted the local travel agency (Peerless) for airport shuttle bus pick up service, the cost is much cheaper than what the property offered.

Liked: Beautifully decorated in traditional style with very large bathroom.

Disliked: It took them a long time to find our reservation and we had to show them the confirmation email on my account. We couldn't understand why they couldn't just show us to a room considering they had some empty. Something wrong with the door which made it very difficult to lock so when we just shut it a hotel staff opened the door without knocking before checkout time as we had just got out of the shower! However they were quite apologetic afterwards.

Liked: This is hands down the best hostel I have ever stayed at, beautiful and full off character, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds with nice linen, friendly and laid back staff who will help you out whenever you need, huge delicious buffet breakfast, all the connections for the best day trips, bar and lounge area to while away scorching afternoons in August... The bar for hostels has been set very high for me now- and the best thing, it was so affordable! Would love to get back here one day.

Liked: Friendly chilled vibe. Nice staff. We stayed in the fairy tower which is their best room, it was really nice! Hard to give it up when we left.

Liked: Best breakfast ever! French toast, fruit salad, gozleme (turkish pancakes), yummy bread, all kinds of awesome fruit. The people that run it are really friendly - especially the father who sometimes hugs you, sometimes throws things at you, sometimes buys icecream for you. Sleeping in a cave was great - lovely and cool. I would definately reccomend - the brekky alone is worth 10 lira! Good chill out area too.

Disliked: The bathroom wasnt really cleaned whılst we were there and the boy that works for them seems a bıt rude (lıke when ı asked ıf ı could use the computer he saıd no and then sat on msn for hours).

Liked: Very friendly attentive service on Day 1, comfortable bed, nice clean rooms, breakfast was good. Cheap. 

Disliked: No 24 hour hot water. Very relaxed security, at one point no staff were at the pension and guests or 'visitors' were free to roam around and to access room keys. Broken promises of free wine and sunset and free shuttle to bus stop. Service noticeably goes cold after we booked tours ie cannot extract anymore commissions from us.

Liked: Great breakfast, view and cave room.

Disliked: Staff made us wait 4 hours to check in before claiming that our hostelbookers reservation had been 'lost'. The reservation was eventually found after they gave up trying to charge us a far higher price than that quoted on the hostelbookers website. Staff were also quite arrogant and abrupt despite us booking a number of tours etc through them. A great shame because the hotel does have real character.

Disliked: The atmosphere is not friendly (if you don't take any tour) and the boss disappeared during our stay (whole week). The bathroom wasn't cleaned when we checked in. The breakfast time changed every day and the quality was so bad. Worst of all, they charged us two times for Green Tour (we kept the receipt to prove that we already paid but they still wanna charge us more. Their excuse is "We forgot the real price!" So ridiculous! ).

Liked: This place is absolutely loaded with character. We stayed in a cave room that was literally accessed through a small opening in the cliff face at the top of a ladder. But the room (112) opened up into an amazing place. Hardwood floors, comfortable sleeping for 3, fireplace in the corner, Turkish floor couches throughout and a huge bathroom with tons of hot water. The hosts are very efficient, quite friendly and helpful. The breakfasts ate delicious, varied and plentiful. I would definitely stay there again and without hesitation recommend it to my friends. Youve just got to see Cappadocia! One of the highlights of our trip.

Liked: The room we had was nice, really big and clean. However, the water in our room was not fully heated. It was lukewarm, but would not get much above room temperature. Otherwise, food was great, the staff were nice and the facilities were excellent. All-in-all, a good experience.
