TJs Tours, Hostel & Hotel is an agency run by a Turkish/Australian couple who are experienced tour operators.

Both management and guides have a long running reputation for being Gallipoli tour specialists, having run daily Gallipoli tours to the ANZAC site for over 9 years.

TJs is the closest agency to the Gallipoli battlefields located in the town of Eceabat, just 8km from the ANZAC site.

TJ (Ilhami Gezici) is the most experienced Gallipoli group tour guide in the area as recommended in guide books published from 1996. Guide books dated before 2000/1 list TJ as Owner/Manager of Down Under Travel. TJ is now Owner/Operator of TJs Tours and Accommodation in Eceabat, Turkey.

Accommodation Information

TJs Hostel is just 150 metres from the ferry port, opposite the police station, to your left as you face the Dardanelle waters.

Small private rooms and dorm rooms, no bigger than 6 to a room, are available.

All rooms have private bathroom, central heating, linen and towels provided. The hostel is open for group bookings.

TJs Hotel (Eceabat Hotel) is the largest hotel in the center of town. Opposite the ferry port, most rooms have Dardanelle water views.

We have two levels of accommodation within the building. The third and fourth floors are hotel style, while the second floor has group-dorm and basic room accommodation.

Having both styles of accommodation in the same building creates a great atmosphere for people from all walks of life to mingle and exchange stories.

Our reception and fourth floor rooms have hand-carved wooden furniture made from wood rescued from fallen Ottoman buildings in the Black Sea region of Turkey.
