Set inland on the banks of the Dalyan River, the village of Dalyan is a peaceful holiday backwater unspoilt by mass tourism. The Nilay Apartment Hotel is situated on the banks of the Dalyan canal, and has amazing peaceful scenery. At one end of the river, through the reed beds is Lake Koycegiz, where you can enjoy the natural mud baths and thermal springs. At the other end is the Iztuzu beach more commonly known as ‘turtle’ beach, because it’s a breeding ground for the ancient loggerhead turtle.
