In order to reach Dalyan from the Dalaman Havaalani airport, by car, you need to follow these instructions.
1) Head north on the D555
2) At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto D400/Muğla Fethiye Yolu
3) Turn left towards Golbasi
4) Take the 1st right
5) Turn left and continue along this road and you will reach Dalyan
There are direct buses from Istanbul and Ankara to Ortaca (Dalyan is a part of Ortaca). With Kamil Koç, Metro and Pamukkale companies, you can come to Ortaca every night of the week. From Ortaca, you can get to Dalyan by mini buses heading towards Dalyan which takes about 15 minutes.
When you come to Ortaca, if you choose to come to Dalyan by a taxi, do not forget to bargain first. The taxis in Dalyan have taximeters. But still, there is a chance of a special deal for long distances. There are not many taxis in Dalyan, but they are sufficient.
