Liked: Very close to town centre. WiFi in the little breakfast room. Staff were friendly and helpful, (especially when waking guests who had slept late for their balloon ride pickup). They arranged rides everywhere and tours are available through the desk - we recommend the Green Tour.

Disliked: Patrick left no negative feedback.

Liked: Jihan the caretaker was great! He was very friendly and helpful and he was so nice to celebrate my Birthday. We loved the beds and pillows! Our cave room was just what we wanted. We stayed in the triple suite (the bathroom is down the stairs). We were so comfortable, we could have slept through our entire holiday. Luckily, we were in the heart of the town, so we walked everywhere. We took a balloon ride, the green line tour, and went to a Turkish bath. We had a great time and this hotel was worth every penny. We were plenty warm and enjoyed the free breakfast and tea. Thanks for making our stay so wonderful!

Disliked: The bathroom was down the stairs and down the hall. It's historical.

Liked: This was the best hostel we stayed at in Turkey. huge credit for that apart from all the above points Ive ticked goes to Jihan the caretaker. A simple, wonderful, hard- working young lad who mingles with everyone and ensures you have a comfortable stay.

Liked: The hotel staff was unbelievabliy hospitable. The Turkish breakfast was also great. I had my balloon ride and day tour all book through them and everything went without a hitch. Will do my best to visit this hotel again as their is still a little more I would like to see in Cappadocia

Liked: What we lıked the most was the good servıce of Cahıl. He was very frıendly and helpfull. It was a good place to stay and the breakfast was very good. The coffee not tasty. I thınk because of the water.

Disliked: We fırst had the twın room. Thıs was very very small and I thınk the prıce ıs nog accordıng to ıt. We changed rooms the day after to a double room wıth prıvate bathroom Very nıce room and quıet. But also for Turkey expensıve.

Liked: Mustafa was amazing in his helpfulness on what to do with our time in Cappadocia. He doesnt plug certain tours but rather helps you get value for money with everything you do. I was really happy with my stay, and woulf definetely recommend this hotel to anyone in the region. well worth it!

Liked: The location was perfect, and all the staff members were very kind and friendly. Rooms are nice too, I mean you cannot possibly say anything bad about this hostel. It's wonderful.

Liked: I enjoyed my stay and must say that it had value for money as well.Location is good,close to the amenities for tourists.Enjoyed the pleasant company of staff members as well.I must appreciate about their breakfast which is way better then many hostels in Istanbul.Thank u guys :)

Disliked: Nothing much to complain but more improvement in cleanliness and specially some new furniture on terrace will make it more valuable.

Liked: The staff at the Guven completely make the Cappadocia experience amazing! My friend and I arrived in late from our flight and we were quite hungry...even though everything was closed, the staff at the Guven ran out immediately and got us some food which was so unnecessary but amazing! We really wanted to do a hot air balloon trip and the company we selected was all filled, but Mustafa was able to work his magic and secure us a spot! We were also given great advise on tours to take and Mustafa really went above and beyond during our stay. He dropped us off at Turkish nights, a show we selected, because it was raining, he also dropped us off at a great hike spot while he was on his way running an errand. On top of all that, Mustafa showed us to a great bar and taught us how to play backgammon. Mustafa grew up in Cappadocia and knows so much about the area, he along with his staff were amazing hosts and I highly recommend staying at the Guven.

Liked: We actually couldn't stay at Guven cave hotel. We showed up at the hotel and found out that there was a problem with the electricity system due to the misuse from a previous guest. However, we were surprised how the owner of Guven cave hotel was prompt in providing us with a very Nice luxurious room at a hotel nearby--caravanserai cave hotel. Not only that, he also allowed us to choose our rooms. The staff also helped us loads with tour booking and international phone calls (we had problems with a lot of flights and the staff at caravanserai cave hotel did everything he could to help, especially cause we didnt speak Turkish). We really enjoyed our stay! The cave rooms are awesome, they did an excellent job.

Disliked: Caravanserai only opened for 7 months. Some areas of the hostel felt unfinished.
