I have never interacted with friendlier or more helpful hotel staff in my entire life. Everyone working there was eager to make you feel welcome and to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. The breakfast was generous and there were many opportunities to sign up for additional tours. However, even if you didn't want to take tours the staff didn't push them on you, instead openly providing useful advice and recommendations for other travel ideas. I would whole-heartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Turkey. It was one of the most enjoyable parts of my stay there.

We had a small room but it was adequate with air conditioning, tv, and ensuite. Location was great. Internet was free and fast. Unfortunatly a school group staying in the hostel was noisy all night but this was not the fault of the hostel. Would definitly stay there again.

It's a hotel not hostel so it is different. We stayed one night and didn't really come across anyone our age. Nice place though. Close to bus line vendors who will shuttle you for free to the bus terminal and central to everything else. Clean place and the breakfast is included and is really great so you can stuff your face before you head off for the day.

Great Location, super friendly and helpful staff. Very large and clean room (with sat tv!) and lift to all floors (great relief from all the stairs we faced at other places!) would def go back and stay and here :)

The staff at the hotel were excellent! They had a wealth of knowledge and were willing to help wherever possible. One member of the staff came down the street with us to help translate when we were having problems with a bus that had been cancelled, helping us get a refund and book with another company approx 10min prior to the time of departure.
Rooms fantastic, location supurb.
A great place to base yourself to discover this region.

We booked 2 double rooms and were given 2 triple rooms which were spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had 2 parking sites among many busy and one-way streets, so parking was not a problem. It was right next to the harbour and was convenient for people who want to cross the sea by ferry and drive up to Istanbul . Ferry fee for 1 car and 4 people was only 12YTL. Excellent location. The room was generally clean but the floor was so dusty that our sole went all dark without wearing a pair of slipper. The blanket in the wardrobe had dirty stain.
The hotel was good at its price but the sister restaurant at one street away called Rihtim Gekig Restaurant which the hotel staff recommended was terrible, especially its seafood. The four of us ordered lentil soups, stuffed mussels, stuffed peppers, a fish (the waiter tried to persuade us to order two fish) and a couple of other dishes. The mussels and the fish were uneatably out of date so we didn’t eat them. With our and many people experiences we didn’t complain to the waiter about the food, but instead we just asked for the bill. The waiter didn’t ask why we didn’t touch the mussels and fish and the bill came up at 95YTL (the fish costed 40YTL). When we went back to our hotel 1 of us started to throw up and the other had diarrhea, so we suspected that apart from the seafood the other food at that restaurant was unclean and unfresh as well. So DO NOT go to this restaurant.

We received a free upgrade to Kervanseray Hotel. Meanwhile we had another stay on our way back home on 23th September in the Anzac-hotel itselves, that confirms ratings above.

The guy at reception went above and beyond the call of duty from helping to organise our tour of Gallipoli to writing a note in Turkish so that when we hopped off the bus in Istanbul we could get into town. I highly recommend this place!
