Liked: The courtyard is very pleasant. The omelete w/ breakfast the first morning was a nice touch but it was not offered the second day. The location is good but there are many other pensions in the immediate area.

Disliked: No double beds--just twin beds. Our room on the second floor was quite small and without charm (the window opens to the walkway so the curtain must be closed at all times if you want privacy.The bathroom was also very small and featured the smallest shower you can imagine---a plastic curtain only slightly larger than the person in it. The rooftop terrace was also without charm--it was used for drying clothes while we were there and the cushions had been taken out away ( actually, the cushions were stored in our room). We switched to one of the other pensions on that block where for the same price we had a larger room with a fabulous view of the bay from our window.

Liked: Really nice room with cosy atmosphere! Friendly staff and good location. Within 1 minute in het heart of the old town!

Disliked: Our toilet leaked and the sound of running water was quite loud. But closing the bathroomdoor helped!

Liked: All hostel staff are extremely friendly and helpful, you can get all the advice you need very easily. The place is charming in itself, lovely small seating area downstairs where you can eat. Breakfast on offer is good, make very nice omelettes! Not the most lively if you're looking for somewhere with large bar etc., but has a really great relaxing atmosphere and is in ideal location for bars/restaurants in the old town itself.

Disliked: Mostly everything was very good about our stay and the hostel, it's facilities etc. We stayed at start of our trip and at end of our trip so we had two room - the bathrooms in both were fairly tight (small shower). But should not enough to put you off staying!

Liked: This is a lovely small pension in the center of Antalya's old town. Rooms are very nice and clean, breakfast is good, rooftop is amazing! The owner is very nice and helpful too. We would definitely recommend you to stay there!

Liked: Dantel pension is a great place, superb location,with a great host ''Yaman'' whose always a happy chappy in the morning ready to cook your breaky..stay here!!!!

Liked: The owner was so friendly on arrival and throughout our stay. The roof top garden was lovely, the room was nice and the breakfast tasty. The location was pretty good, right in the historical town.

Disliked: The room was a little dark and you couldnt leave the fan on without having the light on as well. But overall a nice place

Liked: If you are planning to go on holiday in Antalya, there is no better place to stay at all in the whole of the city!! Firstly the location: Kaleici is the amazing old town of Antalya, and by far the loveliest place to stay. Everything is basically on your doorstep or just a short walk away. Also the culture inside the old city is far more entertaining, authentic and lovely than anything you can encounter in the 'new' Antalya. Dantel is perfectly poised in the old town for a visit to so many interesting sites, and is also tucked away in a quiet street so you are never bothered by car noises or loud people. Accommodation: Dantel is a lovely bed and breakfast. It is basic, but they provide useful little amenities like hairdryers, scales to weigh your bags, a brilliant air conditioner, and fabulous Wi-Fi. I am currently writing this on my laptop in their courtyard! =D The accommodation is very clean and bright, and the rooftop terrace is to die for, I have spent too many afternoons up there reading, enjoying the view and gentle breeze. The breakfast contains a selection of cold cheeses, ham, fruit and yummy jam, and they will happily make you an omelette if you like. Do pay the extra 3tl (about £1.20) for the orange juice, they squeeze it fresh for you and it’s amazing! People; Yaman and his brother Octai are kind, happy and helpful people, and I can find no fault in them at all. Yaman is here most of the time and will bend over backwards for you. Octai mainly drives people around. Definitely chose to have them pick you up from the airport, it may seem costly but it actually isn’t, the taxis charge the same, and it is far easier as Kaleici is a labyrinth of old streets and you may need a map at first to find your way round, which Yaman will give you on your arrival. Also if you want to do a tour to Aspendos etc., ask Octai. They offer the best value for money for the tours, about half the price for the same thing a tour operator would charge, and you get to go without the irritating tour group people rushing you through! =) This accommodation was inexpensive, far exceeded my expectations, and is a fantastic little retreat after a long day in the sun!

Liked: The owner, Yeman, is probably THE most helpful person in Antalya. He speaks very good english, and is always happy to help. The place is clean, and well situated if you are after a quiet, relaxing holiday. Is very close to the harbour,where you can get day cruises from. Breakfast is included,and delicious!

Disliked: A little hard to get to, but they do airport transfers for a reasonable price. Not great for meeting people, a little cold due to tiled floor, but extra blankets and air con are provided

Liked: It is a quiet place. The location is near an ocean view but it is a quite far from clock tower. It take about 10 minutes to get there.

Disliked: The room is small. The price is average when compare with other hotel.

Liked: The little courtyard garden is a peaceful, green place to enjoy breakfast. The room was clean and a good size with a nice view, and had a tv.

Disliked: Breakfast was ok but we preferred the buffet-style we had had at other places in Turkey. They accidentally locked us out one night but were quick to get up and llet us back in when we rang the bell.

Liked: This hotel is a cosy place, not far away from all interesting things Antalya has to offer.I booked a single room and was pleasantly surprised about that spacey room.

Liked: It was in a quiet area but was located perfectly for the centre. The room was so clean and much bigger than I expected. Everything looked new and it had a wonderful charactor about it. The courtyard was great and the staff very friendly and it was one of very few places that actually did accept credit cards. I would definitely come back to this place nect time. I loved the area it was in.

Disliked: Nothing.
