Liked: It was quiet once the massive Thai coach trip left. Bicycles.

Disliked: Very remote with public transport from train station. Hostel's promise to "pick you up from the station" means they will hire a taxi for you, at a high price.

Liked: Right on the beach, bungalows have large fridges so that you can buy and store you own drinks/food without any problems.

Disliked: 3km outside of town with little public transport

Liked: If you're looking for a quite, nice place, then this is it. Value for money is very good. If you want to party, meet people etc. you should go somewhere else.

Liked: Loved, loved, loved being by the beach, which was beautiful, and out in the country, 5 hour train ride from Bankok. Snorkeling and scuba nearby. Other activities available, too, but we wanted to really relax. Room was comfortable and a/c, but bungalows were charming and basic, also. Breakfast was not personally satisfactory, but options are available.

Liked: It is much more than I ever expected. Wonderful, little bungalows private beach with view to golden temple very clean beach and everthing very clean with wonderful arranged plants and also the restaurant has good and healthy food. It is much more than a hostel but to price of hostel.

Liked: Perfect location to relax and unwind - every bit as beautiful as it looks on the photos. There's very little close to the hostel so you might need transport to explore - cycles and motorbikes available. No internet available.
