The staff was friendly
My room was huge and clean.
The building itself is quite nice.
The location though is a real problem.You can rent a motorbike if you like but if you like parties you need to go to patong and even in motorbike it takes about 40 minutes to get there and you cant ride a bike while drunk so you need a taxi.The hostel offers trips to patong at the price of a taxi but its extremly costly especially if you are alone like me.But if you are two or more its okay.On the other hand if you love calm places, you will find peace in there.

the hostel is far from the beach, bars, pubs, restaurants. but it is cheap. the rooms are nice and clean, and u dont need to share the bathroom. each room has it own.

There were a range of people from families to younger people and from many cultural backgrounds. The laundry service was great - cheap and convenient. The staff especially nok is a gem.

Hostel was very cheap and the staff really tried to help out, when there where problems, even if there was some kind of language bareer at times. :)
