Liked: Phuket Airport to Ao Po should cost no more than 300 baht, then hire a long tail for 600. This is an isolated island which is fine if you want to get away from the madness of patong. if you like solitude and isolation and having the island pretty much to yourself then stay here. bring a lot of mosquito repellent and beer! staff is friendly. Going back to Ao Po you'll pay baht then take a scooter to banglong bus stop to go to Phuket town for 100 baht/person. The bus at Banglong picks up at 2:30!!!! Not every hour.
