Liked: nice room although for 6 females my comparedment was for 2 people that aqtually means I had most of the time something like a privat room. It also has an elevator. It has also a balcony. The staff is friendly and helpful. My room out of the backyard was silent. Very good value for the price in this area.

Disliked: Because I have some backproblems I wish to walk down to the beack would be shorter. The water seems to me not to clean. The bus costs 10 Baths. Other cars look similar but they are kind of taxis and they constantly try to cheat you. One asked 200 Baths from the Bus terminal. An other wanted 150 Baths just for driving down Jumption beach. I waited on minute then the local bus came (looking the same) and cost 10 baths.

Liked: Impeccably clean, spacious rooms. The dorms have single beds. NO BUNK BEDS!!! the bathroom was large and clean. Lots of restaurants, shops within 5 minutes walk.

Disliked: a bit far from the center but a nice walk.

Disliked: the staff was not co operative. (Especially the person named Joe). it seems that he gives preference to while tourists more than indian tourists.

Liked: clean, quiet. not in pattaya, this is in jomtien. Perfect if you are a couple, with kids or Russian.

Disliked: Far from the action, but thats not always bad.

Liked: Joe is awesome, very friendly and helpful, he was very kind and accommodating. Invite him to have a beer with you and he'll give you tips and stories and might even give you some delicious Thai food. The rooms were clean and spacious, there were 3 of us traveling together and he helped us out by adding a cot bed to a twin room for us at a small surcharge. Thanks Joe!

Liked: Great place to stay. Very near a beach that is much less crowded than Pattaya Beach. Our room was clean, beds were comfy, and it was very quite at night for sleeping. The man at the front desk was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Disliked: the only thing negative I would say was when we came back at night there was no one working the desk and the door that was supposed to be locked with keycard entry, was wide open. Besides that, it was a great place to stay.

Liked: Very close to main street. Very cosy rooms, and a homely feel.

Liked: The common areas and the room were very clean. The hotel was a great value for the money. I was at the hostel as part of a business trip, and the staff flawlessly ironed my dress shirt and pants within an hour. I greatly appreciated that!

Disliked: The hotel was a bit noisy. Because of its low price compared to other nearby hotels, it attracted guests who drank a bit too much and argued loudly in the hallways at all hours, day and night.

Liked: The staff is very helpful and nice. The hostel is located on a quite place, so you are not bothered by loud music or party people.

Disliked: Not always somebody was on the reception and it was hard to find people on the ground floor. Security wise it was not the best, because you can just walk in without recognized by a single person.

Liked: Friendly staff with decent English. Very secure with lockers and a fridge in the dorm. The free wi-fi in the rooms has got decent speed.

Disliked: Miles away from central Pattaya (a good 45min walk) and very hot in the dorm with only fans.

Liked: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was big, clean and had everything you needed. It is a 5 minute (250m) walk down an alley off the beach road but the alley is quite wide and lit up in the evening. I didn't feel unsafe walking down it. The big advantage of being down the alley was that you didn't get the noise from the bars at night. It is a way out of where Jomtien beach is signposted on the map but you have everything you need at the end of the alley - food, 7/11, beach, tour agencies. We walked down to the other end of the beach towards Pattaya and it was all the same as where we were.

Disliked: The minibus from Bangkok drops you at Pattaya beach and it cost us 150B for a Songtiaw to take us to the hostel. Not necessarily an issue but just something to be aware of.

Liked: Hotel-like hostel. Big room and king-size bed. 5 mins walk to the beach (although Jomtien beach is less developed). A good place if you intend to stay long (because it's really like a home) and have a car.

Disliked: No breakfast. Somehow far away from central area of Pattaya. (15-20 mins driving distance and it's hard to get a good price for taxi because we are foreigners, and it's hard to catch a bus.)
