Liked: The superior double room is fantastic value for money. Very spacious, clean and secure. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hostel itself is on a very quiet street, in a very quiet area which is great if you are looking to get away from the bustle of Pattaya. If you want the best of both worlds the hostel is a short baht bus ride away (between 10 and 20 baht depending on your stop) or you can rent a scooter from the hostel for 150 baht for 24 hours. On arriving for the first time just be careful when you are getting a baht bus/taxi that they take you to Jomtien Hostel and not Jomtien Hotel. If that happens don't worry the hostel is just the next street over on the street with Sarita hotel at the beginning. A great hostel and would definitely stay here again.

Liked: I know I've given 50% ratings for most stuff, but I was here during the quiet season and only for a couple of days killing time. It may well be much more hectic at peak season. Room was spotless and the 4-bed dorm I had to myself was 4 proper beds, not bunks. Nice, hot shower and a telly plus the broadband was both fast and convenient to use.Location isn't fantastic if you're after Pattaya Beach (10 mins by taxi), but there are plenty of bars etc within 2 minutes' walk if you're not bothered with the whole go-go bar thing. Nice, quiet street.

Liked: Hotel staff were very friendly, only a couple could speak english but the main guy on reception was very helpful. Rooms was clean n modern with a wet room as the bathroom. I would stay here again but maybe a little to far out for some people but the further away from the gogo bars is better for us.

Liked: nice place great beds n bathrooms everywhere always gettin cleaned location very quiet but close to beach and only 20 baht ride to all the action n party bit of pattaya! if u want somewhere quiet and near a beach then would recommend this place!

Liked: Clean and Cheap place to stay, about a 3-4 min from the Beach. Friendly staff and GBLT Friendly. Highly recomended as a cheaper, quieter place to stay, and only a 20 baht - 10-15 min song tao (baht bus) from any of the nightlife or shopping areas.

Liked: Up a side street by Sarita hotel does not appear to inviting when dark but carry on and you will find a hidden gem.Rooms are large (I had deluxe superior) which had large modern lounge and large bedroom with beautiful balcony.This was more semi apartment than hotel and away from the chaos of pattaya but only 20baht ride by songthew away at bottom of street.Warm thai welcome and used by those who appear to stay longer

Liked: II booked my stay at the Jomtien hostel based on the good reviews it had already recieved and was very glad I did. Close to Jomtien beach. Friendly helpful staff ........hello John, (I hope you are still listening to my CD)..............and excellent squeaky clean rooms with balcony. I really enjoyed it here and will stay again. Liked: It is not located at the buzzling beach of pattaya however it is at Jomtein which is a nice and quiet beach whereby one can really relax. The staffs are friendly and the room are big. I kindda like the hospitality and they tend to advice you where to go around pattaya. Will definitely go back there again.

Liked: Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with all aspects of our stay. Had good information about what to do in Pattaya and helped us plan/book the remainder of our trip in Thailand. Went out of their way to be helpful. Very good English by all people working there.Rooms were very clean and comfortable, well worth the cheap rate. Nice patio outside of every room. Breakfast was reasonably priced and quite tasty. For the price, the best place you can possibly stay. The main complaint people have is about the location, which in all honesty is not a problem at all. Close walk to the beach in Jomtien, and transportation to Walking Street is cheap and very easy.Great place!

Liked: this is better than hostel this is better than most 3 and 4 star hotels from the quality here on the quite side of pattaya but motterbike rents are cheap and taxis cheap so no worrys
