Liked: 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach and walking street. Room has tv, ac, fan and bed is reasonably comfy. You share the bathroom with the residents that live there which is clean.
Disliked: No wi Fi. Can't remember now If its listed, but was not given access to it. I found that if you walked down south pattaya road you can find cheaper places to stay that has more amenities for a lower price and obvisouly closer to the beach, but these dislikes are just my personal niggles. The place overall is ok If you are going to pattaya on your own and you want somewhere quiet to stay.

Liked: Central location, private, quiet at night, very large rooms with beautiful old-fashioned ceilings. secure exterior door, ---pass-word entry after hours.
