At "Thai House Isaan" your day starts when the cock crows. Ease yourself out of bed and experience the relaxing atmosphere of a true 'Phu Thai Village!
We offer Bed and Breakfast at a Home Stay Style Guesthouse. After a hearty English or Isan style breakfast you can take a stroll around the village and take in the warm hospitality and culture of our local people. You will always remember the contagious smiles of our villagers. There is always something happening to keep you laughing.
The building and grounds reflect the "Thai style" of years gone by, with traditional Thai timber architecture, steep sloping roofs and lush tropical gardens.
We understand the need for modern facilities so offer western style bathrooms, satellite TV and DVD players. However there is only the one phone in the house (what a blessing).

Of course, Traditional Thai and Isan food is available or if you should prefer, western food is available too in our coffee and steak bar.
Noi and I have spent endless days designing and building the lush gardens. There are ponds to fish in, waterfalls to meditate or read a good book by , eat, drink and relax in a 'Thai style' Cabana. Nestled in a corner of the gardens is a swimming pool, just the place for a cool dip on those warmer days.
Being a real country village there are many local handicrafts to see and buy and surrounding farms to explore. Our village is nestled at the base of a hilly forest and native wild life abounds.
If you want, we can show you the many attractions that abound in the Province. Or, you can hire your own transport and explore the area at your own pace.
Isan is the most undiscovered region of Thailand. There are just boundless secrets to be found here, and yet these treasures are easy to find.
The best way to see things for yourself is to hire a reliable car and set off on your own adventure. Driving is safe but slow. There is no danger or threat of any sort in North East Thailand. The people are kind, peaceful and helpful. There is no violence and very little crime of any type. (I put this down to the Buddhists culture.)
However if you wish, we can organise for you a more structured tour, in air conditioned transport with your own guide. This is a very inexpensive option and will save you the concern of driving.
