Two flights arrive from Bangkok each day. Regular scheduled train and bus service from arrives from BKK and all points north and south in Lampang.

We will arrange pick-up at the Lampang Bus station, airport or train station on request by calling us.

From the Airport or Bus Station: travel along Highway 1, N.E. (toward Chiang Rai) to the Doi Prabat Intersection (a large sign at the intersection) in Lampang city limits. This is the intersection of Highway 11 to Phitsanulok, Uttaradit South. Turn Rt at the intersection and travel 10 km south over the Doi Prabat Mnts. on the other side of the Mnts. is the Doi Prabat "T" Intersection (a sign at the junction and police box), turn Lt. toward the Mae Mo Lignite Mine (4 lane hwy), travel 2 km, and Baan Suan is the Rt. If you are taking a Taxi, tell the driver to take you to "Pa lad on the way to Mae Mo" in Thai: "Pom ow pai Pa lad" The cost is about 25 baht. Ask for the van bus service to "Mae Mo" in Thai: Pom ow taxi Mae Mo" I want a taxi to Mae Mo.
