Liked: Room was clean and the breakfast was adequate

Disliked: Certainly not good value for money, and there are plenty of other, less expensive and better options available in the area. Staff were dreadful, room was nothing out of the ordinary, and we were sorry with our choice. Don't bother with this place.

Liked: The resort is clean and has nice admenities. Free complimentary drinking water 2litres per day. Good range of daily breakfast.

Disliked: No personal touch by staff. Ask for bottle opener, have to pay 100baht to borrow or go to front desk personally. Ask for queen-size bed, they combine two single bed to form a big bed. Very uncomforable. Ask if they can deliver their 6litre drinking water to our room, they ask us to buy at lobby ourselves. Ask for extra one hour late checkout due to having half day tour which come back at 12.30pm so that we can bath before we check out was not granted at first. They claim that their rooms are full and need to clean before the next guests arrives. After complaining to them, they finally allow us to stay till 1pm latest while our taxi comes at 1.30pm to fetch us to the airport. Will not recommend this property due to the poor service.

Liked: The most fantastic hotel in great location and so cheap! Easily 4 star, helpful staff and clean rooms. Only a few mins walk to seafront with shops and bars etc.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
