Liked: If your looking for a nice quit place to stay in Krabi, i would definately recommend this place to other travellers! Everything was perfect, except for the showers (the water was a bit dirty)

Liked: It was everything we expected if not better. Usually taking mostly package holidays we found everyone very friendly with a complete mix of ages. As we were there for a week we asked if we could be as near the sea as pos and our 2 bungalows were the nearest. We found the atmosphere to be so friendly and relaxing with nothing being too much trouble for Ben and her staff. Having no hot water was no problem at all. Julie's 2 concerns were that there would be no real toilet (was a great relief to see it wasn't a squat toilet) & without a flush facility. However the bucket of water & bowl worked a treat ! The electricity was turned on at 6.00pm until 6.00am which was ample time to charge phones etc & didn't really affect us. Within walking distance down the beach were four other resorts where you could eat or go for a drink ( thanks Rob at J2B for getting the truck out to take us 600m home when a little worse for wear ) Would recommend hiring a moped which you can do from Ben. Very reasonable price at £4.00 a day. Roads felt very safe to drive on. Only down side if it was low tide during the day there was no sea to swim in ( plus side high tide at night brilliant for skinny dipping!) All together everyone had a fantastic time at Pan Beach. Liked: This is the best place we stayed in Thailand. The staff are so friendly and helpful - my boyfriend was unwell and they sorted it out and took us to the doctors in the town. The accommodation is basic but really nice. It isn't the place for you if you like air con, hot water and flushing toilets. It is a bit out of the way but it is nice to have a quiet beach and they will pick you up from the town. There is plenty to do if you want to go on trips etc but it is also a great place to relax and do nothing! Itis the ideal place if you need somewhere to stay for a few days if you are heading to/from Phi Phi.

Liked: Very peaceful atmosphere. It is a hide away. Very basic facilities(no hot water, no flash water for toilet) are also challenging.

Liked: This was a fantastic place to stay with a private beach, very quiet and tranquil, quite far from the town - expect to pay 200 baht each for a return trip to the nearest shops etc, however I loved this place, and whilst basic offers everything you could possibly want and a real break from city life.

Liked: Very friendly staff. The large bungalow was comfortable and clean. The electricity is turned off during the day and there is only cold water for washing, the location right on the beach makes up for this.

Liked: Absolute paradise, fantastic location, bungalows are rustic and lovely. It is a bit off the beaten track which means you have a lovely stretch of beach all to your self. Very chilled out and relaxed, we extended our stay

Liked: Private location on a beautiful beach, very nice staff, good food. Next village/place to go and eat out is Ao Nang, by motorbike-taxi 15 minutes.

Liked: PAN BEACH HOSTEL is a place where I'll back. They have beautiful beach, and delicious dishes. Bungalows are small but OK, except bathroom (need renovation) where I found giant spider (he lost his life...)

Liked: Wonderful place for relaxing, right there exactly on the beach ! Many tours offering for those who want to do more activities. Good, good and good !The room is so...so...as you pay for that money but view and the beach is super !The restaurant is good !

Liked: Away from the bustle that is now Ao Nang, but easy to access the town via tuk tuk or by renting one of Pan's motos. Excellent hosts and food, quiet sunset strolls easy going either exploring the surrounds on a bike or watching the tide from a hammock.

Liked: great beachside location, friendly andhelpful staff and wonderful food/atmosphere! private beach a bonus- i enjoyed being able to book island excursions etc through the staff, who speak great english, and pay for it all at the end

Liked: Super location on the beach.Plenty to do if you hire a motorbike or walk along the beach to the next resort. Idyllic for couples or young chilndren. Excellent island hopping excursions . Restaurant really good value.

Liked: I like this place because PAN beach was located beside the beach,feel like a private beach. Staffs was really helpfull, only recomendation to improve water supply interm of purity.

Liked: The people, the FOOD and the location (Right next to a quiet beach!). However I recommend renting a vehicle (car or two wheeler to get in and out of the hostel from Ao Nang)

Liked: This hostel is set about 10k out of town, on its own private beach, lovely! (A tuk tuk will cost 200b to town). The staff are absolutely brillant as well. P.S. If you can, stay in the larger bungalow as these are really nice!
