Liked: The price is great, the Wifi does work great. The location is not that bad, not far from the city. Free drinkable water.

Disliked: One of the two people at reception do not speak very good english, it is sometimes hard to get something.

Liked: The good thing about this place is that the rooms are really clean and well maintained. The bathroom was spotless and the double bed nice and comfy. There's plenty of storage in the rooms and the TV has about 5 English channels, just in case you fancy a spot of TV at any point. It's very quiet in the area as well so it's easy enough to get a good nights sleep, though this is due to the fact it is away from the centre of Krabi.

Disliked: As mentioned by some previous reviews the lady who runs the place speaks barely any English, while she is very sweet this was slightly problematic to begin with when checking in. Though to be fair I could do with improving my Thai skills too! However this is only a minor negative. Also it is about a 15 minute walk to the centre, so if you'd rather be central then this could be a slight issue.

Liked: The Property was very clean, we stayed in the basic double bed room with fan, personally this did not seem basic as we had a TV with 80channels (5 English, a fridge and en suite) the lady running the desk spoke very little english but this cause no problems... Fantastic little stay, we relised on the last day that instead of walking into town for a bus to Ao Nang we could have grab it as it passed the hostel every 15 minutes. Lesson Learn!

Disliked: No much to dislike, exactly as it says on the tin... Although remember to leave your key in the drop box when going out on an evening or you might get locked out :) Only happened once, but still after a few drinks not what you want.

Liked: lovely room: tv, a/c, fan, big bathroom, fridge. very clean and comfy. this isn't a hostel so no kitchen but the owner is lovely and helped us with everything we needed, her english is a lot better that my thai and she was very patient while i practised on her.

Disliked: nothing

Liked: Very clean hostel with good sized room and close to the centre of Krabi (about 10 minutes walk). The owner was friendly and tried to be helpful although speaks very little English. I would recommend printing out your hostel bookers booking sheet so that you can show this when you arrive (rather than just taking reference number, etc)

Disliked: Nothing - this is a great value hostel

Liked: The room was very clean and nice, spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly, althought they don't speak english so well...

Disliked: The location maybe is not the best, and the room where we were didnt have wifi, we connect to the internet in the stairs...

Liked: Only 10-15 minutes walk to the center (ok to walk as a single female at night) and a quiet location. Nice rooms, shampoo and soap, clean. The owner is very friendly and tries to help you were she can.

Disliked: The owner doesn't really speak english and there was no one at reception when I arrived (at the given time). The owner lives next door so if I needed her later I knew where to find her. And it was my impression that I was the only foreigner in the hotel, so not a good place to meet people.

Liked: Exceptionally clean, cosy rooms. brilliant value for money. only 10 min walk to town which is nothing to get such good value. fully recommend this to other travellers needing clean safe base to rest.

Disliked: nothing. we read some of the comments about distance from town but it really is only 10 min walk max and no big deal for value for money. also, the owner's english is OK - she understands and is very helpful if you need things sorted.

Disliked: noone spoke english, they dont take card so a stranger has to drive you to an atm (no warning on hostel bookers to bring cash!)

Liked: Basically it is a really friendly, clean an cozy place to stay! The owner herself does not speak english, her daughter who works there does however so communicating will work. And they will help you as much as they can with your requests!

Disliked: The location is actually ok, since you only have to walk around the corner and follow a street to get into Krabi town. 10 min walk, tops. Buses to Ao Nang Beach goes from there and takes 30 min, the only problem is that the bus stops gong from Ao Nang already at 10 n the evening so perhaps you will have to take a taxi. But if you do book this hostel you already know about the location so it should be fine, and I definetly enjoyed my stay!

Liked: Very clean, good shower, good facilities in room considering price. Staff were helpful but were not expecting our arrival.

Disliked: Staff did not speak any English so made hard to book taxis etc. Close to pier so good place to stay if missed transfer. Eerily quiet no one else around and quite far from krabi town- 20min walk. No facilities near by only a 7/11.

Liked: Locations not so bad, only ten minutes walk into town and right next to a 7-11. Perfect for a night or twos recuperating after sleeping in a shack on the islands!

Liked: Very clean place! It's aprox. 15 min walk from the town and 16 km from the beach but there is a public bus stopping around the corner, it will cost you 50-60 THB to get to the beach - Klong Muang, Ao Nang.Wifi didn't work during our stay otherwise every thing was fine.

Liked: The only down side was that they hadn't checked the internet so didn't know we were meant to arrive. They were very apologetic though and hastily sorted a room for us. Luckily it wasn't high season.

Liked: The hotel isn't in a great location, it's a good ten minute walk from town and a fair bit further from the beach. Rooms are well equiped, with air con, ceiling fan, tv, fridge & en suite. Very clean, Safety deposit box availible, rooms seem secure, window bars on ground floor. The manager is friendly enough but has limited English.
