Located on one of the most beautiful white sand islands in the world in Koh Samu, Samui Dojo Resort provides first class accommodation and training for Martial Arts followers.

At Samui dojo resort, Sensei Geoff Pickup has created a unique atmosphere for training the the body, mind and spirit through the Okinawan cultural treasure of Goju-Ryu Karate while following a vegan lifestyle.

You will stay in a virtual ecological paradise while training under the gentle personal guidance of Sensei Geoff. All levels of physical fitness are welcome and karate students with skills from beginners to upper ranks will find the teaching tailored to suit their needs.

Lessons are not limited to just karate-ka. Sensei Pickup also gives lessons in self defence and karate, but you may use the gymnasium for free during your stay for your own fitness.

The gym is fully equipped with mirrors, mats, sprung wooden floors, bag stations, changing rooms and showers.

Accommodation Information

There are two bungalows with air conditioning and three rooms with fans. All rooms have fridge coffee/tea making facilities,TV and DVD player. All rooms also have access to hot showers all designed to make your stay more comfortable.

Aside from the karate, the beach is just 350 metres away along with a number of bars and beach side restaurants.
