It was very nicely presented and very clean. Separate shower! A bit of a walk to the shops but there are so many bars and clubs around the area. It was more upscale than a hostel. Definitely a hotel.

The Laem Din was very clean, the girls on reception were very nice. The location was not the best as it was about a 15 minute walk to the main street & beach, but this also meant that it was very quiet at night. The breakfast could do with improvement but overall we were very happy with our stay here.

it was more like a hotel - massive bed, air con, big balcony, tv, soap and shower gel, and had a laundry service for 60 baht!!

It's a hotel, not a hostel. Pretty good value for money given the cost of staying in Ko Samui. It's only 2-3 minutes walk from the beach, there is a restaurant and free breakfast. Free wifi is a bonus. The bed was super comfy and the room came with air con, a fridge/mini-bar and TV. A really good place to stay,

the location was very good, was only a ten minute wlk to the centre. the rooms were very clean besides a few ants and the staff were generally helpful

Amazing - the rooms were spotless and staff very happy to do all they could for you. Breakfast was great - all included in the price which was excellent value for money.

i liked the location of this hostel. however it does seem to have a serious problem with ants. also the cleanliness needs to addressed. i found an empty condom wrapper under neath my bed.

15 minute walk to beach...nicely removed from the chaos and noise of Chaweng Beach!
will set up motorcycle rental within minutes

Very Clean and comfortable, for loan traveller not the best place to meet people but all in all my stay was good and only 5 min walk to the beach bonus

This was really more of a hotel vibe rather than a hostel so it is not the place to expect to meet people/travellers and party. Its really nice though and I used it as a nice relaxing end to my holiday. It is a little walk to the beach, about ten minutes I think. Everyone keeps talking about the breakfast but it wasn't included!! doh!

The staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful especially when i was unwell. Its a beautiful place just 5 minutes walk from the beach, easy access of the pier where the boats go to the full moon party, it was very clean and very modern and also great value for money! The food there was really good too and not too expensive, a lot cheaper than everywhere else on the island.
