A very warm welcome to our Boutique Apartment, which is new and in contemporary design, with the finest furniture and fittings. Elephant trekking and other activities are very close by and we hire mopeds for you to explore the rest of our beautiful island.

All our rooms are spacious and very comfortable; some of them have wireless internet access, as does the lobby. Wi-Fi is free and our computers have Skype for you to keep in touch with friends and family. Your stay at Lanta Thip house will be very enjoyable; you arrive as our guest and leave as our friend.

Long stays are very welcome and there is a big discount for monthly paying guests.

We are ideally located half way down the West coast of the island, 5 minutes walk from Klong Khong beach and 10 kilometers from Saladan village. We can also help you plan and arrange snorkeling, diving and other activities .

We have a complete menu of Thai and western dishes at very reasonable prices. Choose from local beers, fresh fruit juices and smoothies, selection of wines or good coffee and teas from the bar.

Our friendly Boutique Apartment has 14 lovely double rooms.

All rooms have a private bathroom with hot shower, free Wi-Fi connection, safety box, mini bar, TV, a little balcony, complementary water and wide wardrobe. You can chose from an air conditioned room or a fan room.
