Liked: nice property, lots of plants. nice restaurant by the river. comfy room (VIP room), other than road, quiet and peaceful

Disliked: noisy road nearby, a bit far from everything but fine with motorbike. slow internet, but it was there.

Liked: lovely location by the river. really easy walk to main part of town for eating / shopping / drinking (about 10 mins) and about 20 mins into old town for Wat spotting. Really clean, helpful staff, and Tuk Tuk on standby. couldn't have been better.

Disliked: Nothing possible to dislike.

Liked: The location of the hostel was nice. It was a bit out of the city, but the hostel has a set tuk tuk man you can choose to ride with who has set prices that are cheap! The location was really quiet and beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and clean!

Disliked: The restaurant at the hostel was a bit expensive for the amount of food you get (compared to the restaurants in town).

Liked: The free bikes. The food from the restaurant was good, if a bit expensive. Although the rooms were not as described, they are spacious and airy. There was no hostel atmosphere here though, I would recommend it if you wanted a place to get away to somewhere quiet for a few days.

Disliked: Some (not all) of the staff were quite unfriendly. The locations is quite far from everything, but can easily flag a tuk-tuk from the main road.

Liked: It was really homely. It was really relaxed and a great way to find out more about the city as it was our first time here. The have just about everything you need on offer.

Disliked: It was a little way out of the main city but there is always a tuk tuk around to take you there.

Liked: The staff were SUPER friendly and thier English is excellent. The food in the GH was delicious but for budget travellers there is an excellent Thai restaurant!! 2min walk down the road wiv Great curry noodle...ENJOY

Liked: Rooms good. Clean. Nice bar/restuarant area, but food a bit pricey. 45 mins walk to centre. Staff didn't understand we had already paid 10% of room cost. WIFI very weak.

Liked: amaaaaaaaazing place to stay. hate to leave both the guesthouse & chiang mai. staff are wonderful, really helpful & friendly. rooms great value, clean & safe. not far from centre of city but far enough that you're away from the noise. situated on the river, very pretty. would definately return :)

Liked: The hostel was fine, quite a way out of town, we tried to walk it and failed! The staff were generally helpful and friendly and the room was nice enough. It has a restaurant/bar/sitting area out the back over looking the river which is very nice and the food is good and cheap, but they close the restaurant when they feel like it, so your not always guarenteed dinner! I did like it, but wouldn't stay again simply because it is too far out of town. Also, it says it has free internet, but its only 1 computer and you can only use until 9pm.
