Good Will Guest House

Good will guest house is a nice friendly small guest house for the budget traveller who needs a family atmosphere. There is a roof terrace where you can relax after your day’s activities and also a guest kitchen where you can cook for yourself. Even though there is no restaurant in the guest house there are 24 hour markets, restaurants and a western supermarket within 5 minutes walk. Internet available at reception.

Clean, quiet, safe, located in the east of Maeping River, with laundry service and an also washing machine for self service washes. There are bicycles and motor bikes for rent at reception. All the rooms have hot showers, toilets and a fan inside (some with a/c). There are areas in the guest house to relax and meet fellow travellers like the roof terrace and kitchen, seated area on the first floor as well as a seated area at reception. Internet, soft drinks, beers and washing powder are also available form reception.

Accommodation Information

A choice of 2 single beds or a double bed in a room is available; all rooms are ensuite apart from the 3 bedroom dormitory located on the roof terrace. People using the dormitory must use the toilet and shower located on the ground floor. Fans are located in all the rooms but there is only a limited amount of rooms with air conditioning.

Location Information

Located out of the main city centre away from all the noise but within 10 minutes walking distance to the night bizarre and 25 minutes to the Sunday market. The locals day market is within 5 minutes walk (great for traditional food). However the whole of Chiang Mai is very easily accessible by bicycle (available at reception)
