Liked: I liked that it was realy close to the Sunday market and it was also in the Old Town of Chiangmai. It wasn't very far from most things in the old town. The building was very colorful with a lot of character. Super clean!

Disliked: I thought it was great! Maybe the fact ot wasnt near the strip of international foods and hostels

Liked: It's a very clean hostel and the information os the offers for trips (1, 2, 3 day-trips, travels to Laos, Buses to Bangkok), their food menu, etc. make it a very good choice. The price is also very good.

Disliked: the location is not the most convinient in Chiang Mai. But you can go easily to every place just walking.

Liked: The hostel was amazingly clean, Nine and her staff worked tirelessly for all of our needs, we booked a twin room as it was the only option on the website however when we arrived we were offered a double with fan for the same price, the service was fast and always done with a smile

Disliked: none!

Liked: Loved everything about it, staff were so helpful and friendly, lovely rooms, beautiful food. Brilliant value for money.

Liked: The staff make this hostel! Nine is so friendly and welcoming! The food Is good value and really good!

Disliked: Bit of a walk to the hustle and bustle but not too bad to be honest.

Liked: So clean and staff very helpful and friendly, they even let me use there shower after 2 days trekking and no longer had a room. I loved this hostel!

Liked: Lovely decor, very colourful. Friendly and helpful staff. clean, spacious rooms and clean bathrooms.

Liked: We had a fantastic stay at the Green Tulip we stayed for 6 nights, 5 girls in a dorm and had a great time. Stella and Nine are the loveliest hostel staff we have met and made us feel so at home. They were flexible not charging us for the night we went trekking and helped organize everything for us. There are enough awards on the wall to show how good the hostel is!

Disliked: The hostel was maybe a little bit on the edge of the old town but it really wasn't a big problem.

Liked: Everything about this place is fantastic. Not only the facilities and cleanliness but the staff which are absolutely fab!! Nine is great and is so willing to help you with your tours and trips but with other sights around Chiang Mai as well. Stella is also great and absolutely hilarious.. they really cant do enough and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we were to re visit Chiang Mai.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Very great hostel, friendly staff and I have the wonderful days at Chiang Mai.

Disliked: We had to wait 3 hours until getting an available room because we arrived at 7am and the check-in time at 11am.

Liked: Location was excellent, staff helpful, super super clean.

Disliked: Taxi services were overpriced, you'd be better off to arrange your own transport.

Liked: its very clean, nice people and nice food served at the restaurant

Liked: The staff, especially the woman in charge was fantastic. I gained great respect for her. They helpful nature in regards to organising different events was perfect and could not fault the people working there at all.

Disliked: The location had both good and bad points, sometimes thought it would have been a little nicer to be in a more scenic area or nearer to the touristy areas however, it was also lovely to be in the old city as there was much to see, for example different temples. Little concerned that there was no locker for my belongings and therefore safety was a small concern

Liked: Green Tulip is a very nice and cosy guesthouse. One of the hostelowners Nine is very helpfull and she is very friendly. You can ask her anything and she books it for you. You feel like home. The rooms (esp 403) are spacious and all different. Green Tulip is also very suitable for families with teenagers. Our daughter didn't mind to stay alone in the guesthouse for some time. The food is very good and reasonably priced.

Liked: The loction was central, within walking distance to attractions in town. The Green Tulip was extremely clean. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Disliked: There was nothing for me to dislike at the Green Tulip.

Liked: The staff were excellent, so helpful and friendly. I couldn't ask for more. The food was divine and not expensive. Its so clean you could actually eat your food off the floor. The location is great too and they arrange all the tours and treks with better prices if you went elsewhere! I would definitely stay there again and would recommend anyone else going to Chiang Mai to stay there.

Liked: super clean, probably cleaned the bathrooms twice a day. Private rooms for really cheap. Extremely helpful staff, know everything about the city.
