Liked: Clean and functional. Very good value for money. Room cleaned and new sheets and towels every day. Close to Wororot market and food market in the evening. Walking distance to old city. Cheap price, air conditioned rooms. And good wifi. Always return there when I go to Chiang Mai.

Disliked: The breakfast - they took away the jam! But good coffee available at Tesco's and food at the market so not a big deal.

Liked: Quiet place to stay. Has a Tesco across the road. Not a far from the night market.

Disliked: The staff were unhelpful. When we arrived they didn't have a note of our booking. Because we had a print out of our booking confirmation, they gave us a room. It was the last one available - so not sure what would have happened if they had no rooms left. They charged us 500bt for the room key - very expensive and didn't tell us that we would need to keep the receipt to get the money back. Staff were unhelpful with providing directions and only interested in guests who were staying longterm or who were booking activities through their tour desk.

Liked: The staff were helpful - our fan broke and then replaced us with another by the time we got in. The room was clean-ish and had a big window. iT was really cheap though and there was free tea and toast in the mornings.

Disliked: The hotel is a bit in the middle of nowhere - it was only around a 15-20 minute walk to other places and tuctucs are cheap in Chaing Mai.

Liked: very clean, very cheap and good value for money. free toast each morning, cheap internet, firendly staff although they spoke very little English. free bottles of water everyday. no atmosphere though and set out like a prison, with the view looking at another building! very cheap though and worth the money we spent. we also felt very safe staying there.

Liked: Good value clean rooms and a great shower. It takes about 10-20 minutes to walk to the old town but in the midday heat it seems like a lot longer. I wish I hadn't booked ahead but rather looked around the old city as there are loads of guesthouses surrounded by good bars/restaurants where meeting people would be easier.

Liked: cheap with daily free toast, coffee @ tea unlimited. The water pressure of the shower is beyond my expectations. It is so powerful you can even cleanse an elephant skin!
