The lady who ran this hostel was extremely helpful. She showed us how to get to places and gave us lots of helpful information. The room was nice and big and very clean. Brilliant after a long plane journey!

Location was phenomenal. Near one of the main commercial strips and very busy (in a good way) at night. Urban House is tucked away and very quiet, in a side street. Also, the two girls who were running the hostel were phenomenal. They told me where to go for food, travel agent, gym, drew maps, and called a cab for me. I offered them a tip and they wouldn't take it! This place is awesome!!!! If I ever come back to BK it will certainly be the place I stay

The room was so clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and helpful with first time Thailand visitors. Also the free breakfast is a big plus!

Location was amazing! Though we only stayed one night, we'd like to return again just to stay at the Urban House (Bangkok is cool too).

This is definatly one of the best, maybe the best price quality hostel in Bangkok. The service is perfect, rooms verry clean and quiet, the best you can get fot the money, 1000 bht. I recommend this to everybody, if you want to stay near Silom or saladeang , please go to Urban House

This was a great hostel with a really friendly owner. The internet is free and the hostel is very very clean with modern decor. I was even able to have a shower when I went to collect my bags (after checking out) before my flight home, as they have a shower cubicle under the stairs - brilliant. Would highly recommend this hostel and would definately go back there.

amazingly clean -- like what bill and ted movies predict the future to be. The owner is amazingly resourceful, nice and hard working. She did everything anyone could to make sure we had a great time in Bangkok. It's in an amazing part of town and it allows access to everything while giving a really good feel for Bangkok city life.

It has a tranquil feel to it. For a budget traveller, the price may be a bit steep. But if can afford it, then you should really consider. Very homely feel to this place and the room we got was really big, with kitchen and sitting area,aside from the bed. i think it was the suite. Was a nice place to be at.

The lady at the hostel was so friendly and helpful. She really couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were really clean, as were the towels and bedlinen. The location is excellent. We would recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Bangkok.

The hostel was clean, modern and the location was excellent. The staff are extremely helpful and can't do enough for you. Quite easily the best hostel i've stayed in. Excellent value for money.

Very Clean, Quiet, spacious, comfortable room! After spending all day for shopping and walking around the town, I could sleep like a baby. The staff was very kind.

The hostel was lovely, the apartments were great and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, made it very easy to get around Bangkok. Wouldn't recommend it if you are wanting to meet people and party but if you are looking for somewhere nice and chilled to stay while exploring Bangkok it is just perfect
