Liked: Great value for money, good location next right next to a sky rail station. Wifi air con in the dorm and there are small lockboxes that you can keep valuables in.

Disliked: The fact that it is under £2 for a night does mean it's not the most clean place ever, although beds are always clean and no shoes are allowed in the dorm. I did however see a few cockroaches in the shower area and the men's toilet did stink like urine. The sink has fallen off the wall and has been repaired badly so do watch out for that if you stay.

Liked: It's cheap.

Disliked: There is only 1 very dirty toilet for the whole dormitory! Everyone uses that toilet, staff as well (it's next to the reception). Showers are also dirty. The staff/owner are mixed Indian and Pakistani. They don't care about hygiene and cleanliness, and they're lazy. They never look happy or enthoussiastic. The door between the dorm and the showerroom makes a lot of noise. Everytime someones opens it, you are disturbed. Also late at night, it will be woken up many times (14 people in the dorm!). A nightmare. And the staff/owner never thought about solving that problem.

Liked: Price is cheap and room is big enough for 8 beds, however...

Disliked: ...it seemed that people were actually living in the dorm room. There was one man that decided to smoke inside the dorm several times. (First time I experience this). He was a friend of the staff given that they decided to have a conversation inside the dorm room at 2am. I understand the room is cheap, but this is a dorm room and people should have manners. I decided to write this once I realized one of the guys from the front desk was part of the conversation in middle of the night. Guys, if you wanna talk head to the lobby or leave the room. There were 3-4 other guys trying to sleep. Other than that, you get what you pay for.

Disliked: some Indian go to Dorm and talk very loudly and not respect other guests. i don't know they r boss of hostel or guest but they r total not polite . It is 14 beds dorm (not 8beds dorm as hostelbooker write). Location is not so good but if u like to take loal bus like me u will like this hostel

Disliked: can b more clean, but cannot ask anything better for such a price.

Liked: - nice and friendly staff- very cheap price- location close to the river [boat transport], and not so far away from main Bangkok train station, MRT, and bust to Don Muang airportOverall, it's a good choice if the price is the most important factor for you. If not, go, spend few bucks more and find something else, which makes your staying become much more pleasant. After all, what is the point of travelling if you don't have money to book a nice accommodation...

Disliked: - very slow, annoying Wi-Fi- dorm room not so nice - very smelly and dark [I guess because filthy backpackers don't take shower too often...] - actually there are 10 beds in 8 bed dorm that I was given- no lockers., but you can leave your belongings at security deposit at the front desk- squeeking bunk bed- some people smoking in the next room- no window in dorm room- no toilet paper nor soap in the public toilet, but u can't expect too much for that price
