 The Helpfulness of the staff. Easy to find but not in the centre of town! Good place to stay if it's just a stopover on your way to somewhere else!

Ideal for a night or two before leaving Bangkok, it's clean, ideal location to shopping, landmarks, bars, etc. Located beside an excellent italian place where you get breakfast and the nicest baguettes in Thailand, and the most comfortable and fast internet that we found to. An ideal place to do the final bits and pieces on your trip - but don't expect to meet too many people, as there is no bar and only a small common room, used as a smoking room.

I stayed here for approx 3nights. This hostel is a bit far out from the koh san rd. But is close to the skyrail so there is no problem getting in and out. The sky rail brings you directly into the MBK shopping centre. I found this hostel a little noisey at night & the double bed a little small. Some of the younger staff dont have very good english so bear with them. If your going to bangkok to be in the thick of it this place is to far out for you.

Very clean and great location next to markets and amenities. Breakfast at nearby restaurant is eggs/ham/toast or cornflakes and toast. Room very expensive though, not sure if it worth 1000 baht per night, especially as the same chain has hostel in Chiang Mai for 350 baht per night, with exactly the same features.

Very good location near sky train & underground.
Hostel is quite noisy as every sound seems to echo in the corridors - bring earplugs!

The location was very convienent, One major problem with this hostel is the fact that there is building work going on outside from very early in the morning. If you are an early riser this may not be a problem. I read reviews which had mentioned the noise problem but thought prehaps as we were staying over New years that maybe they wouldnt be working but i was wrong. The rooms at the back of the hostel may have been quieter so i would recommend asking to be away from the building noise. When the work is finished here it will be and ideal place to stay, there is a lovely italian cafe downstairs for breakfast and it is very close to shops and restaurants 10 minutes up the street. considering the level of noise l think the room rates should be reduced.

This hostel was not like a hostel but more like a hotel the rooom was big and very very clean and the staff were very friendly and would do anything to help you,and a nice touch getting breakfast from the italian restaurant right next door,and he does a cracking pizza too,well done would stay there again.

Nice and helpful staff but their English is so-so.

Good for this price, breakfast is normal- not too much, easy to find from the airport (the number shows the crossing street, not the building), but the airport bus don't pick up me on the backway... Taxi cost 200 bath.

Location is relatively good as it is near the BTS/MRT with about 5-10 mins walk. It also comes with a simple free breakfast that value-add this hostel in terms of services (though it is not inside the hostel that breakfast was provided). And the nearby internet access is definitely a plus (hopefully it would become 24/7).
