 Staff were extremely friendly and gave candid opinions on their country and how to go around Bangkok. We found it safe staying at the hostel mainly because of the 24-hr round-the-clock service.

Friendlyness of staff. Also the "Manager" is ambitious and is making good improvements to the Hostel, plus he intends to do more.
Location is good as it is close to Sky Train and only a short walk to a number of attractions and nice cheap eating places.
